I need help. It’s not as easy as that avatar started to say at the very beginning. I’m not great with phones. I just need someone to be able to help me a little bit. Got the 5.3TB, was in China, and they managed to get it shipped to me 2nd January, just a couple days after I ordered them, which was pretty impressive considering it was a bank holiday at that time. Earbud arrived damaged. notified company of issue and was offered replacement earbud. Had to chase to get confirmation of replacement being sent a few weeks later. Will update once have a working product

Ordered multiple times, always a good experience. They also do contact you if the delivery gets forwarded to the post office (if you are not home when the package arrives). Shipping is made safely, even so no damage or other things will happen. Time between ordering and shipping could be faster but overall a very good experience.
