I purchased a DF83V grinder from the eBay store which has a fault with the power switch. James was very helpful, arranging for a warranty repair, and staying in touch regarding parts availability, in order to minimise the turnaround time for the repair.

My first time buying from this company and it was a really positive experience. My package arrived the day after I made my order... which, I realise, was partly due to the fact DPD happened to be in my wee village that day - but nevertheless less the speedy dispatch was all the work of Earl Coffee.

I needed to ask a question and I received a helpful answer for their customer support within hours.

They seem to make a point of stocking only good quality, tried and tested items too. My espresso machine and tamper are both brilliant.

All in all I would recommend Earl Coffee to anyone and will certainly visit their site again if I need to make any coffee-related purchase in the future.

Fast delivery, everything as described. I have no complaints and Earl will be my go to coffee retailer from now on!

The order arrived nicely packaged and on time. The customer service is fantastic. I had a small issue with one of the products and they replied promptly with instructions to diagnose and offering to have their service centre take a look at it. All responses were prompt and clear.

Compared to dealing with plenty of companies nowadays, they were polite, quick and easy to deal with and I will be using them again.

Ordered a df54 tilted cup holder that didn’t arrive after 12 days of ordering. Contacted customer services and had a response from James who sent a replacement out the same day with a complimentary puck screen. The original and the replacement both then arrived on the same day.

Very good and speedy customer service and the holder works as intended.

The DF54 is a genuinely great coffee grinder at an affordable price. Great communication from the vendor and an overall really good experience. Will be keeping an eye out for new lines/stock.
