Bit of drama at first but they fixed it
I’ll be honest, my first experience with EarPods Pro wasn’t amazing the pair I got had an issue and the replacement process felt a bit slow at the start. I was annoyed because I really needed them for work.
But once I followed up, the team actually sorted everything properly and sent me a new set. The replacement works perfectly and the sound is way better than I expected. Not a perfect start, but they definitely made it right.
