Love this natural product range. I use the magnesium spray and the lavender deodorant. I love that these products are all natural! The customer services is also so helpful and friendly! Lovely brand to deal with. Will definitely purchase again

Fast delivery, and great quality products

I’ve tried my products out for a couple weeks now and put them through their paces. There has been some pretty hot and humid weather lately and I have been camping, running errands all day, exercising, cleaning, usual mum stuff - and this deodorant stick has held up to it all. I have noticed smelt, and even my clothing has been better. Other brands usually leave a bad smell after a couple hours but I haven’t noticed with this deodorant. It glides on so easy, doesn’t seem to have left any white marks on any of my clothes. It doesn’t break apart. I have noticed that it has left some oil marks under my arms that I need to focus on when I’m washing my clothes but that doesn’t bother me as all the natural deodorants I have tried over the years are similar. This is the best deodorant I have tried to date, and I’ve tried quite a few over the years. I did received the wrong scented product but it still worked perfectly and I’m sure I’ll get the one I want next time I order. Would 100% recommend.

I’ve been using Earth and Essence products for around a year now and I am obsessed ! Their natural deodorant actually WORKS- even against the QLD heat! Their baby balm is the only product I use on my babe as it’s gentle and effective - no more nappy rash!

Easy to order, great for gifts. I had the wrong delivery information and was helped quickly to correct it.

Unreliable shipping and unresponsive Customer service.
I only ordered as it promised delivery before Christmas. (I ordered weeks before Christmas, not a few days.) Chased up a few day prior as tracking was showing “package not found”, no response. Emailed again, no response. I ended up having to write a comment through their website for a reply and finally received a response. I was promised they would look into it, they did not respond after that. Emailed again after Christmas, same response they would look into it and “escalate it” and respond. They did not. Emailed again 2 weeks later to request a refund and amazingly the package (that had been sitting god knows where) turned up, on a weekend no less. I was sceptical about ordering something from IG. Should have trusted my instincts, terrible service, cheap Chinese made product sent direct via snail mail from China, never again.

These products smell absolutely divine! I’m a few days into using my deodorants in the NT 41° heat and they’re working amazingly! Shipping was fast and communication was perfect. Super happy and will be trying all the scents!!

I recently purchased one of the glow and ground sets which includes the natural stick deodorant, lip gloss, and magnesium spray.
The deodorant is a standout! It applies smoothly, has a soft, natural scent, and actually lasts throughout the day. It doesn't irritate or leave any residue on clothing.
The lipgloss is my go-to now and the magnesium spray is equally amazing helping to ease muscle tension and keep me relaxed and calm before bed.

Have loved every product by earth and essence so far. Communication and shipping is great too. I will only use natural ingredients and look for brands that use eco packaging. Earth and essence does both. So happy I discovered this awesome little brand.

I bought the Beard Balm for my husband, and he loves how manageable and soft his beard is now. It also smells great so I can't help showering him with kisses! Postage was quick and packaging is superb, highly recommended. I also received a free lip balm sampler for my daughter and she is very pleased with it as well. Anastasia is always amazing to deal with, will be back for more!

I’ve been using the natural deodorant and lip gloss from Earth & Essence for over 12 months now and I’m still so impressed. The deodorant keeps me fresh all day without irritation, and the lip gloss is super nourishing with a nice natural shine, not sticky at all. Love that everything’s made with clean, natural ingredients. Highly recommend!
