Having queried my next delivery I inadvertently used the wrong email address. Earth Breeze actually found my account and arranged an early shipment letting me know progress every step of the way. Incredibly impressed with their customer service and the laundry sheets are first class. Great at cleaning my laundry with minimal impact on the environment. Win, win all round.

I ordered Earthbreeze around 8th June but it had not arrived to Ireland by 20th so I contacted customer service. They replied immediately and sent another package which has just arrived....2 days later. Absolutely excellent customer service which will ensure repeat business. Thank you. Ruth

Great product - really makes a difference to get a packet of sheets of paper in the post rather than boxes of powder or tabs. So much better to have the significantly reduced environmental impact of transport. And the sheets work really well in the machine too. Plus customer service - there was a mix up with our order and it was sorted out immediately without any fuss.

The product itself is awesome but having a subscription is hard work, they never arrive when you need them or youre inundated with them, there’s never the amount you ask for when you want it. Very frustrating

I just contacted customer service over an order which had mistakenly been sent to me twice. I received a reply within minutes. I was assured I had not been charged twice, and that I could keep the extra packet when it turned up, which I will be happy to do.

Strange how a lot of the reviews mention good customer service as my experience has been poor. Ordered a subscription and a week later have had no indication that the product has been dispatched.
Update 2 weeks later was given a speedy refund and I cancelled my subscription.

The product itself is very practical for the environment.
It really saves a lot of space too, in contrast to buying boxes/tubs of other detergents.
With even the packaging itself being biodegradable, it's thumbs up all round in my household.

In a world where you approach customer service departments with hesitation and dread ready for lots of push back, it is SO refreshing to deal with such a welcoming and resolution lead team. They could not have done anything quicker or better to assist me. Fully sorted and 100% satisfied in a few quick emails within one day! Pure Customer Services Perfection!

I have a subscription with them and on the 15th April the money left my account, I received an e-mail on the 18th telling me my order had despatched. I've never received it. I've e-mailed them 3 times and have not had a response. There is no address or telephone number on their website so no other means of contacting them.

I wrote to EB on a Bank Holiday Sunday to report an issue with my subscription order. By the same evening I received a positive, sympathetic response from Mac. Very impressive. He has reordered my first order and also advised me how to use the original order. So good to deal with you people. (It’s kinder to my machine and the drains too!)

Professional and polite interaction can no longer be taken as given in business, Earth Breeze buck that trend. I messaged Customer Service to say Customs charges were attached to my delivery. Within an hour I had a reply from Mikka offering to refund this charge. Helpful, intelligent and caring HUMANS man the desks obviously, not Bots with an automated response. 5 Stars for Earth Breeze and take a bow Mikka

I've been using earth breeze laundry eco sheets for over a year now and am very impressed how well they clean, even the messiest of toddler's clothing and I wouldn't go back to the old harsh detergents.
Earth breeze's customer service is also great. Today I emailed regarding an issue updating my subscription & in under an hour I had received a response from Jane notifying me the issue was resolved & offered a refund for the additional packs received in error. I declined as I will use the packs but it was nice to be offered this. ☺️

This is a very caring and understanding company with a great product and a prompt service. Very important to me. I love them.
