earthbreeze.co.uk Reviews

Decided to take the plunge + order a year's supply as an offer made this an attractive deal...not disappointed that I did, despite an initial hiccup with the delivery (that was quickly dealt with). A fab eco + space saving product + the best bit is I don't have to lug wash liquid back from the shops or think about buying anymore for a whole year + ! Excellent customer service too = very happy customer 😊

Wow really impressed with Earthbreeze products, but got so disappointed when one of my orders didn’t arrive. Emailed them - which they acknowledged immediately. Then they apologised organised a replacement and added a free one to compensate (even though may be Royal Mail who know?) plus lovely emails. Brilliant service. Very impressed. Happy doing my bit for the eco friendly world. 😊

Excellent product and even better customer service. They couldn’t have been nicer and sorted out my customs problem straight away. Thank you Earth breeze

I love these laundry sheets! They are so easy to use and smell great. They are very light to take travelling too. I use them quickly as I use 1.5 sheets for a large wash and we wash 5 days a week in our house. I love thinking about how light they were to post to me and how no plastic packaging has been used.

Product is great, leaves no white marks and washes very efficiently. The customer service is impressive too. I made a mistake when ordering, this was put right immediately and a refund given, not only that, but a lovely email.
I’ll definitely encourage my friends to try the product, not only for the product but for the ethos behind it

Love
This product. Washes will at 30degrees and handwash. Small query with my 12month purchase but now sorted. I have found myclothes clean and bonus no gunk in the washer around the seal. I gave washer a good clean recently. So any marks are what was left from Detergent and conditioner for years of usage. The clothes smell fresh especially if you can dry outside. I think I have saved money not buying condioner . Very pleased with product and company I would reccomend tge Eco product

I have been using laundry sheets from this company. For the last 18months. They are absolutely brilliant. Far better than washing jell capsules. Not only that. But are brilliant for cutting down on waste of plastic or cardboard. As the laundry sheets come in a biagradeable small package.

So at £12 for 40 sheets, it's a little pricier than my usual Fairy non-bio but innovative ideas that help the environment aren't normally cheap. I went for a subscription as its easier than remembering to repurchase each time. I bought the unfragranced ones as my kids have eczema and i do still use fabic softener :( . Works fine, dissolves and washes well even on a 15 degree quick wash. I like that you can bury the packaging to decompose (the website says it takes about 3mths so we'll see). All in all, I'm probably spending as much as I was using fairy but with the upside of getting to feel like I'm helping the environment a little along the way.

No response to emails, no product sent, trying to cancel recurring order.
After 12 months of prompt delivery, total turn about and money taken, no product sent.
Shame, great product when they can be bothered to send it.

Customer service responded almost instantly and agreed to my request to change an order. Cleans just as well as my usual product. Great to be a bit more plastic free. Whats not to like!!

Have a subscription that I can’t seem to cancel, had an order not arrived, have sent countless emails, tried to login to my account which apparently doesn’t exist.

Absolute sham of a company!

I love Earth Breeze detergent sheets. They're super easy to use, washing the clothes completely leaving them smelling wonderfully.

I love what they're doing for the planet and I hope more and more people will start using their product so our small steps can help the Earth.

Their customer service is also amazing. In over a year that I've been ordering the product I've had two minor issues regarding my order and their team was very helpful and dealt with the issue quickly and efficiently.

High recommendation!

Great product, it's amazing how well it washes and how little waste there is. I'm grateful to be doing a small bit to help the environment.

Amazing product! Washes really really well [I was very surprised] and takes up so little space + all you are left with is an envelope which you can easily recycle! Customer service is also really great, helpful and understanding!
Definetly recommended 👍 🌱

Love the product - good for the environment, takes up less space, does an equally good job as branded products, and very conveniently delivered to my door.
Also, I made a mistake with my order and a very helpful Nikka from customer services sorted it out for me very quickly.

I could not be happier with the service and product. When I initially ordered, it didn’t arrive and so I got in touch with them and Ruela was extremely helpful and ordered a replacement. This arrived in a few days and I was able to use the sheets for the first time. I have been pleasantly surprised by the softness of my laundry and the fresh, but not overpowering, smell of it. I used half a sheet in my first load which was smaller, but then a whole sheet in the second which was a full load. It doesn’t seem to produce lots of lather, but I don’t mind, as long as the washing seems clean, which it definitely does. It’s early days yet, but so far, I am more than happy 😃

I recently placed another order and it went missing in the postal system, these things happen.
Within days a replacement was sent off and this time arrived as confirmed
Not only is the product excellent and protecting our environment the customer service is equal to it.
Thank you so much.

Earth breeze is a fantastic company to deal with. Has great ethics and great products. I would highly recommend.

Just received my 2nd delivery but I somehow managed to subscribe for a second time and also couldn't apply a voucher I had to my order.
The lovely Lyka helped sort out the mess I had made and did it all with speed and kind words.
They cost us nothing but they mean the world.
Very happy customer. 😊

Other companies take note. This company as well as have a very good ecological product has its. Customer satisfaction is high on their list as well. They missed a request from me to delay my usual shipment. Not only did they sort the mistake out to my complete satisfaction they went to the trouble of pointing out part of their delivery programme which appears to suit my requirements better. A trustworthy company in my opinion. I use their laundry product as a customer and have no connection with them otherwise.
