I was enrolled in a subscription for Earthly Derm skincare products, the only way the product is sold. On 08/31/26, the company shipped and charged me $48.55 for a subscription order without sending any advance notice. Most subscription sellers notify customers before shipping so they can skip or cancel an order they don't need.

When the package arrived, I promptly returned it unopened, using the return label provided. Tracking shows it was delivered to Earthly Derm's warehouse on September 8, 2026. The company told me the refund would be processed within 14 days.

It has now been more than three weeks since they received the return, and I have not received my refund. I contacted them on 09/19, 09/18, and 10/01. I have been given false claims about a 14 day turn around per their Return policy on their website for a refund, and as of today, I have not received a refund.

This product feels so great for my skin. It leaves me feeling refreshed. I see the result of my dark spot start to fade within the first 30 days. The smell and feel of the soap is so soothing. I would definitely recommend this product to my friends and family.

Update:

I don't know what happened to my order but my first order was spotless; it arrived in a timely matter and there was no issues. It seems the company is having issues meeting the demand and quality with their recent marketing stunt of producing too much supply. The customer service is non-existent and there's really no support. It sucks updating my review like this because I really enjoy the product because the results are there. It's just my experience is becoming unsatisfactory.

I want to support black own business. But, I need to customers service experience to be on par. Deduct a star for the customer service.

At first I was skeptical about the product because I have used a lot of different products before until I started using your brand. I must say that I love the outcome of it. I will continue to use it and also it smells amazing.

Ordered one bar on September 22, 2026, as of the 26th no product or confirmation of shipment from their company used “GoFo.com”. Asked twice for the order to be cancelled and was told they couldn’t because it shipped, but it had not. Save yourself the trouble and just order from Amazon.

I bought this product for a friend of mine and the results were dramatic and very quick. He uses it consistently and is very happy with the results. I'm glad I found this, it works as advertised!

I suffer from hyperpigmentation. I'm a man in my 40s. Just recently this year, I started using the tumeric soap and I'm noticing the marks are fading. Stay consistent and stay gentle. Don't overdo it to rush progress. Relax and trust the process.

I have used this soap for about 10 days and noticed that the spots on my hands are starting to fade.

I'm a recent first-time buyer of Earthly Derm turmeric skin bars and am very pleased with the results. As a senior (71 years old), I've found the product easy to use! After less than a month, I see my dark facial spots lightening. A 15-year-old lingering burn mark on my shoulder is also lightening, which means I don't need to use skin bleaching creams that have lightened my clothes, in trying to get rid of THAT dreaded dark spot!

Easy to order, great options and product. This is my first experience and based my decision on reviews. After using for a couple of weeks I can see small changes, I will continue to use as directed. I made my second purchase as well.

Love the soap will be buying again. If your a black man that suffer from neck breakouts and hyperpigmentation this is the soap to get, no joke. Saw a bit of improvement for myself, I just need to get more, stay consistent and my skin will be great.

Earthly Derm's customer service is second to none. The promptness of their response to emails evidences intentionality. Thats the reason why their products are making waves around the world. The tumeric bar and African Black soap have revolutionalized beauty. My husband says that I am aging backwards and its all with natural products! I am riding high with you guys for a long long time. The product made my skin feel dry and I reported it to the sellers and asked to be refunded. Instead of receiving a refund, I received another order of the product, I have 2 orders and have been billed for both. I need to return them and get my refund. Please give me instructions to return & be refunded .

This product is working for me. I use it at least once each in the shower and I followed the guidance from the manufacturers. My skin is softer and absorbs the moisturizer much better. I can see and feel the difference in my face. I have found facial cleansing product that i can trust. Finally!!!
