I succumbed to the Facebook advert and bought a couple of things. Prices were good and arrived in 4 or 5 days.

I thought perhaps they were own branded products but they were from other manufacturers (who are well known).

I don't buy many new clothes these days as trying to cut down on unnecessary consumption (but do try to buy ethically) and do recommend this company and will doubtless be back at some point.

Lovely garments made out of natural materials. Affordable and excellent quality. Post purchase follow-up also a nice touch. Thank you

Great quality basics at an affordable price!

I had a great buying experience with them. My order was delayed but I received regular updates via email. I was very happy and impressed with the fit and quality of the items when they arrived. I’ll definitely buy from them again.

I love the quality of my t-shirt, it’s soft, cool and well made. I also thought their customer service was excellent - you get to interact with a real person rather than a chatbot which can never help.

Earth Wardrobe have a great ethos and really good customer service. The products I ordered are lovely and delivery was fast and seamless.

Really lovely items – I bought a number of t-shirts and I’m so pleased with them. Great fit, lovely colours, and really comfortable material. The customer service was excellent too – they took the time to check in and make sure I was happy with my purchase. I’ll definitely be returning for more.

I ordered an item with the understanding that the delivery would be within a few days. However, due to unforeseen circumstances the delivery was delayed. I received apologetic emails explaining the situation and updating me on the new arrival date. The item arrived and I love it. Excellent quality and design.
I then received a further update checking all was in order.
I very much appreciated level of customer care. They could not have done more to reassure me that it would arrive, albeit late and that they were deeply apologetic.
I would certainly buy from Earth Wardrobe again.

Ordered with high hopes as really I bought into the ethos of the company. My item arrived inside out and screwed up in a ball. I took photos and sent them to customer service via the website and also at the same time had an email from the company to see if I was happy with my item. I was not! I replied with same details and photos. The boss Chris said he would investigate. 22 March and still no response. I waited to write this review to give them a chance to get back to me but not a word.
1. What was going on sending out items like that.
2. Knowing there had been an issue raised and then completely ignore it.
I shan’t bother using them again!

I love the fact this independent company sell organic cotton items in multiple colours, really not easy to find elsewhere!

First order with Earth Wardrobe was great, the hoodie came really quickly and was good quality. Chris checked with me a day after delivery to make sure everything was okay and that I was happy with my order. I will be ordering again in the future!

Perfect fit and lovely feel of the fabric. Also like the fact the packaging is cmpostible.

8I have ordered 3 items a while ago and so far only 1 had been delivered (the lowest price item). When contacted the company, I was explained that the remaining two items will be delivered today (no tracking information was provided with the replay). So far no sign of any item coming my way. I will update my review if the situation changes.

Update:the remaining items have been delivered.

Dreadful shopping experience.

1) really slow to ship - 4 days from ordering just to send the item out

2) another order made still not processed

3) slow response time to contact made via their contact form or email, and no telephone number, of course, so they can take your money and then treat the customer in a high-handed, slow and unaccountable fashion.

4) The sweatshirt is a ridiculous shape - the width is twice what it should be, the proportions are all wrong. Far too wide. Not wearable. Mad. I’m returning it and having to absorb their £3 return fee, on top of the poor service and poor product!!🤯🤯🤯 Amateurish and not bothered, as a company. I supported a small, independent company and it’s been a poor experience. Insulting.

5) They happily advertise a get a free T-shirt when you spend £30 on Facebook but do not mention it when ordering. Very cynical and mean. I asked if I could avail of it, given one of my orders was £45, and another £20 something. They said no, we can’t do that. Of course you can. You choose not to. I’ve emailed this reply and they have ignored me.

6) Still awaiting a second order made before I got the first. It’s not even been shipped yet and it was ordered days ago. What an amateurish approach. I won’t be shopping with them again. Avoid.

The quality of these clothes is fantastic. I ordered 6 tops, T-shirts, tanks & a workout vest, all are beautiful. Lovely fit, gorgeous colours and incredibly comfortable. I will absolutely be making many more orders.
It so reassuring to find a company who is striving for sustainable and ethical products.

I was looking for a 3/4 length sleeve T shirt to match a skirt I had just made. The colour on the website is very accurate. The fabric is very good quality and choosing a Medium (I am 12 -14) it fits very well. Not too tight or loose. Very happy customer.

There was a slight delay in the items arriving (took about 2 weeks maybe) - which I had been expecting from a couple of reviews and I wasn't in a hurry. But the fact that the owner Chris emailed (and I think tried to call) to apologise unprompted for the delay is outstanding customer service!! Beautiful ethos all around, what a great company
