Upon reviewing your booking, we would like to inform you that you had opted for the Free Cancellation Insurance of Easemytrip at the time of booking.
As per the policy, this benefit is applicable only if the booking is cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled departure under normal cancellation. In such cases, the insurance covers the airline cancellation charges. However, please note that the insurance amount and convenience fee are non-refundable. Accordingly, if the cancellation is made outside the applicable time frame, charges are deducted as per the fare rules, and a full refund is not applicable.

Overall good experience, once when I booked ticket online and cancelled within few minutes still the total cost of flight was 12k. I got refund of 7k Only. As per DCGA or airport rules. If cancellation is done within 24 hours. Full refund is expected.
