No me ha ayudado en nada el, la otra parte me envió el link subí toda la documentación pero la otra parte no termino de llenar su parte y se cerró sin nada del contrario (tuvo el la culpa).

Muchas gracias por aclararnos lo ocurrido. Entendemos que, desde su punto de vista, el problema no se debió a una falta de actuación por su parte: usted presentó correctamente toda la documentación solicitada, pero la otra parte no completó su sección del proceso, lo que provocó que el trámite se cerrara sin poder finalizarse.
Lamentamos que nuestro proceso anterior no permitiera evitar eficazmente una situación así. Hemos tomado muy en serio este tipo de casos y ya hemos mejorado el sistema para informar mejor a ambas partes sobre las acciones pendientes y reducir el riesgo de que un trámite se cierre antes de tiempo.
Esperamos que esta explicación y las mejoras que ya hemos implementado demuestren que realmente tomamos en cuenta este tipo de situaciones y trabajamos para mejorar nuestro servicio.

It made it possible to fill in the damage forms for both parties in a digital way at the same time.
When one of the parties don't have WhatsApp, I think it's not possible to do this.
