These group of people promise one thing and they do completely different. They went in my account. They did a ACH for $5000 with no merit. They've done nothing for me. I told them I don't like the way they do business and they are not returning my money. These all happened in the last three days very I did not sign a contract with them. Terrible terrible.

After multiple attempts to contact someone regarding schedules, for 3 days, I received NO returned texts or phone calls. Two people involved.. CHARLIE and HAZEL. Before I signed with Eastern, phone calls and texts were numerous. Once I signed.. NOTHING!

I wish I could give a zero. The company took $17k from us, made multiple promises and came out to be false, and the refused to contact us when we would ask for further information about our case. Please don’t use this company. Even the lawyer, Rimon Law won’t return calls or email. Biggest mistake our company has made trusting this fraudulent company.

Be cautious. It all sounds great BUT you must be sure that your MCA payments are stopped before you begin this or you will just be paying another payment for a service you are not receiving.

My account was charged twice without my knowledge or permission! I signed one document erroneously I informed the agent that I was not going to do the program or I would think about it and he went forward and charged my account anyway I am furious!

Scam company taking 600 a week from me…
Scam company taking 600 a week from me for three months then they are ghosting me. No replys to any of my calls or emails. I assume they are a shell company that gets the ACH agreement and steals money as long as the customer is ignorant to their business model? Im trying to get the money back...I guess I have to shop for an attorney to sue Easetern and CRA. This is Trust Pilot so I assume this review will be disappeared.
