I tried the ear seeds after suffering with my hormones and in particular anxiety. All I can say is the difference and change in me has been incredible. I feel like me again! I've recommended them to my mum and she's ordered her 3 month supply today! I researched the best company to use and this is definitely the best! Not all ear seeds are equal!

I have been wearing the seeds for 10 days now. I know I am much calmer, less reactive to what would normally trigger a stress reaction. My partner and friends have also notice this. I'm very pleased with them and the quality of product.

I started using these ear seeds 2 weeks…
I started using these ear seeds 2 weeks ago to help improve my sleep. Within 3 days my sleep increased and has been improving. From 3hours i am no 5-6.5 hours a night and i go to bed the same time. My sleep is more restful with less interruptions and one night i slept for over 7 hours which for me is shocking. I highly recommend them.

I love the products and already use them on a daily basis. I’ve given the hair comb to my sister who has suffered from a-bit of hair loss so hopefully will see a difference soon. I suffer from headaches so I’m using the headband on a daily basis - I'm finding it really targets the pain which prevents me from taking usual pain killers.
The whole service was brilliant from ordering to delivery.

A total waste of money
A total waste of money. Would not stay in place. Please don't anyone else waste their money on this. Dragons den must be all about how good a product idea is to market and sell to.the masses Regardless of its usefulness. Honestly this product should be removed from.the market

first time using this product i brought…
first time using this product i brought as i love Gissele story on dragons den..and brought the product for digestive issues for myself..ive used twice now after taking them off after a week as required..not much difference yet and second time wearing them one seed did come off one my finger and the sticky back i found on my ear..but im guessing that's probable as the heat from the weather..making me sweaty maybe...i will continue to use until packet is finished and go from there..the packaging is lush and delivering of goods was good..and love the products that are available online will definitely be purchasing something else..probably Gua Sha thank you Giselle for what you do to help people

Warm weather can make seeds a little more prone to lifting, so a quick wipe with the alcohol pad first and firm pressure when applying should help them hold better in the heat. East Healing Acu Seeds - Amazing results
I’ve lived with anxiety, my nervous system on high alert, all my adult life (now in my sixties). I saw these Acu Seeds on the internet and found out about Giselle and how she conquered ME with the use of acupuncture etc. I bought them in the hope that they would help me (I’ve recently had a massive anxiety episode due to personal issues). Straight away I became calm and relaxed. I can’t remember ever feeling so much in control. I still have “wobbles” but the seeds are amazing. It’s early days but I feel so positive looking forward.

Read up on how to use the ring but was sadly disappointed when it broke within seconds of using it.

I'm a terrible sleeper
I'm a terrible sleeper, slow to drift off, wake up 5 to 6 times a night. Sleep is so much better. Now i fall asleep quicker and only wake up twice. This is after a week of seeding
