I had high hopes for Llumar wraps for my Lamborghini Urus Performante, but unfortunately, my experience has been nothing short of disappointing. As an avid user of XPEL PPF, I decided to explore other options, trusting Llumar for its reputation. Regrettably, the outcome was far from satisfactory.

The Llumar wrap not only failed to meet my expectations but also tarnished the look and finish of my vehicle, leaving behind noticeable swirl marks. Despite the exceptional work by the installer, whose name I prefer not to disclose, the film itself proved subpar and caused an unexpected headache.

Now, I'm faced with the inconvenience of arranging for my car to be collected and redelivered to rectify the issues caused by the Llumar wrap. In my pursuit of resolution, I reached out to Llumar for assistance. Disappointingly, their customer service fell short of addressing the matter, offering no solutions or support.

The lack of response and assistance from Llumar showcases their disregard for customer satisfaction and after-sales service. My advice based on this experience: avoid Llumar wraps at all costs. Stick with trusted options like XPEL to safeguard your vehicle's appearance without enduring the unnecessary hassles I've encountered.

This entire experience has been immensely frustrating, and I strongly advise others in the market for vehicle wraps to reconsider choosing Llumar, given their product quality and unsatisfactory service.

Do not buy an Eastman sewing machine. They are not fit for purpose and cheap rubbish which break easily.
Purchased an Eastman sewing machine in 2018. Used it once and then put it back in its box etc. Last week I decided to make a cushion cover. When I tried to use the reverse button it jammed. Contacted Eastman customer service who informed me it was my fault as I had stored it incorrectly which is not true as my old sewing machine was stored in same place and was great for 30 years. I believe they should repair and make good their faulty machine but they want to charge me for postage and repair.

Purchased a "new" sewing machine with this company via Amazon.

It arrived in a plain brown box, no plastic protection, user manual throw into the bottom of the box and the actual machine was full of finger prints.

Called to ask if I had been sent a reconditioned machine and not a "new" machine as per the original Amazon listing.

I was told that they do not have a box for this model and that only another company that they supplied this machine too had taken the time to make an "original" box.

I was not satisfied with the reply as did not trust the persons utter lack of giving me valid reasons and responses as to why my "new" machine arrived in such a bad condition.

When I informed the person that I would write negative reviews to warn others about the way they send out machines. The person on the call actually threatened me that "I should be VERY careful" what I write on-line.

Absolute shambles of a company with zero customer care or support. The machine in question that they supply to a 3rd party (who do have an "original Box" was even 70 pounds cheaper than themselves! I was not given a valid reason for this! given that he 3rd Party machine came in an original box and was 70 pounds cheaper! (but out of stock on-line)

Avoid this company at all costs, they have zero customer care and would rather insult a new customer than work with them to find a good solution.
