DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY. THESE CRIMINALS CHANGE MY PAYMENT FREQUENCY ON THEIR WORK TO BIWEEKLY WHEN MY PAYROLL IS SEMI MONTHLY. THEY DO NOY RESPOND TO EMAILS FROM CLIENT. APPROACHED ONTARIO CONSUMER PROTECTION AND ESCALATED ISSUE

Always harassing me , I have initiated a harassment compliant with Consumer and corprate affairs as they will contact you multiple times a day . Yheybthreaten to discuss you finances with contacts and employer which is highly illegal . I really hope they get shut down a.d their license pulled .

Frauds. They send emails everyday threatening and calling employment. I have an investigation on them as they don’t have a real lending license. They are harassing me with threatening emails and text and calls before my payment is even due to come out. They take two payments whenever they please. And will not own up to their mistakes. They do not cooperate if you need to defer. Instead they will take two payments. Not a real company

Honestly, the application, approval & funding were all quick and happened within the hour. Even when I had an issue come up with my first payment, they happily let me e-transfer the payment and were able to put the NSF fee on the second payment, and didn’t once spam me with calls or texts. Very understanding!

Just called me 13 times in 6 minutes. This is the last straw. They don't have a license in many provinces but will still lend you money with crazy fees ($500+$300 in fees)

This is the most difficult and inflexible company to work with ever.

I'm asking them to change a payday by ONE day because for some reason they have it scheduled on a Sunday?? and they are refusing to do it.
I told them I get paid that Monday and to take out the money then and they will not do it.
I told them this will bounce and result in NSF fees and I'm giving them about a months notice to change this and they are refusing.

Do not borrow from here.

Nothing but a headache with these guys.

Do not go with East Mountain Finance. They are extremely difficult to deal with and only communicate by email—you cannot call and speak to a real person, which to me is a major red flag.

I do have a balance with them, and I have been fully transparent. I had major surgery in October and was off work, which I explained to them multiple times. I clearly advised that I would be making a payment in December and even provided a specific date.

Despite this, they continue to send harassing emails accusing me of “refusing to cooperate” and threatening to report me for fraud, which makes no sense considering I have consistently responded and kept them informed of my situation.

Their approach is aggressive, stressful, and unreasonable. If you’re considering this company, run the other way.

This company is toledocredit.ca and the are refusing to answer any questions from the BBB, I have came across 3 sites now that they are using false names and information. Please look at their site and see they all are the same
