The best customer service
I haven’t gotten my order yet but I’m already a loyal customer based on my customer service experience! I made a mistake and had my shipment sent to my billing address instead of my mailing address. I emailed the company fully expecting them to tell me they couldn’t fix my mistake but to my surprise, Olivia responded back in minutes letting me know she had made the update! You can’t find this kind of customer care anymore, so this interaction left a lasting impression!

my first purchase
I made my first purchase, and unfortunately the quality and fit did not suit me. I submitted an inquiry via the email and was responded to almost instantaneously. They approved the refund submitted a return label and waived any fees. Top-of-the-line Customer Service in my opinion.

This is an excellent company in every way. I love the outer shirt I bought (great quality) and I have received many compliments. I had a question, emailed customer service and within the hour I had a reply. I'm pleased!

Piggybacking off of my original review
Piggybacking off of my original review, which was clothing is all grossly oversized because everything is listed as one size items listed. Final sale are not listed that way on website in shopping carts and in confirmation email. Mind you I just placed an order off of a different website with an item that was marked final sale from beginning to end so I knew exactly what I was getting knowing it was the proper size and I didn’t need to return it. After them telling me item was final sale, although not listed whatsoever as final sale they refuse to help me as a first-time customer. Not only until I left a negative review was coerced by customer service that they would give me a one time courtesy ONLY if I took down my review. As a company they should’ve just been the bigger person and sent me a one time courtesy instead they withheld the shipping label only until I removed a negative post.
This post is to simply follow up and call out customer service not only for their website, not listing things properly but also for bribing someone to take down a review for a first time courtesy
NOT TO MENTION do your fine reading. If you return anything for original credit, they’re gonna charge you five dollars apparently Canada gets all free though.

Quick and empathetic!!!
I received an email asking for a review of the purchase I had made from easy clothes. It also said if I had not received the dress to let them know, and in fact, I had not received the dress. It was an immediate response, even though it was after business hours. The person responding was extremely kind and empathetic and promised to investigate right away. True to their word I heard back from them within a very short while with the news that it had been sent out to an address to which it could not be delivered. The customer service person assured me as soon as it was returned to the company it would go back out to my address. This is all accomplished in about an hour and I could not be more impressed with their customer service. Very kind caring and quick. Would recommend any time and certainly is a five star experience.

I accidentally placed two orders back to back, instead of one joint order, so I was disqualified from free shipping.
I emailed and they responded to me almost immediately, even in the evening. And they refunded me my shipping !
