Assistance was there when you needed it and they delivered on time

Ordered tiles via their website, only to be informed days later via email that they don’t actually have these tiles available anymore, yet still advertised them and were purchasable on the website. Rather than issuing a refund immediately, they held onto our money for additional days, trying to convince us to order different ones from them, despite being asked to issue the refund. I suppose they think that hundreds of pounds are better in their account than mine!? Was considering using this company for a bathroom re-fit, but wouldn’t trust them at all now.

I had a really good experience on Easy Bathrooms, the staff was so friendly and so helpful to me.

Easy Bathrooms constant 1 stars should be a warning to others.Dont ignore it. In May 2025 the reviews were not as they are now so we went ahead and visited the Chesterfield branch. Looking back there were always red flags that didn't become obvious until later. We were mislead regards to the installation dates. 2- 3months turned into 6. Then a 10 day installation turned into 20. Issues with wrong items being delivered, wrong items being reordered,constantly chasing for a response and untruths told. This company are not customer focused they are commission based and this is where their focus is. Do not expect that the high price you pay for their service is what you will receive. This company has taken up 6 months of my energy,from the time of installation, and although we have come to a resolution it wasn't one I was happy with but accepted because I was drained. From the showroom advisor placing the order ,through to the installation team and completion, EB service has been awful and tainted an exciting time for us with stress, inconvenience and many sleepless nights.

Loved dealing with the staff in store at Harlow. Very knowledgeable. Good product and nice finish.

Terrible communication and also rubbish delivery. Paid in store complete on a sunday. Was called on the monday from the dispatch to say they cant deliver on the Wednesday as booked. I can have tuesday or thursday. As job was ment to be done thursday I chose the tuesday. On tuesday after waiting till afternoon had a phone call to arrange for thursday delivery. When challenged about the delivery being today the tuesday. They had no info on it even tho I had an email. Then received the item late evening on the thursday by a courier after paying them for there own delivery service. Plus one panel was damaged. Poor service after initial in store service.

I am a trader and have been using Easy Bathrooms for the last 4 years, the service from all the designers at the Leicester branch are superb, quality, delivery and prices are great, i never get let down.

If i was looking for a bathroom myself i would certainly make Easy Bathrooms my first port of call.

Customer service is poor, won’t be using you again or recommending Easy Bathrooms to any of my customers!
I’m a Gas engineer/Plumber as I was in the trade told I could return a bag of adhesive and grout, due to a customer changing there mind. Arrived at the Crewe store with the materials only to be told I couldn’t return the items as they weren’t paid for on a credit account. What difference should a cash purchase or credit account make for the Trade.
Staff very unhelpful no apology for a wasted journey.

We were mislead about the delivery of our order. We were told it was confirmed in the shop and weren't told to expect and other confirmation. So were surprised when on what we though was the delivery date, to get an email asking when we wanted our order delivered.
Their mistake caused us delays which they blames us for even though they hadn't sent through their T&C.
Will not return to this company.

Fabulous service as soon as you walk in the door. James was very understanding of our needs, planned and quoted. He even put the design on VR headset, which was amazing to see virtually how our bathroom would look.
Prices are very competitive for the high quality, myself and husband were very impressed.
Their displays are amazing, lots of examples showing the vast range available.
Arranging the delivery with Chloe in store was ‘Easy’. Answered any questions I had.
I have to mention Rich also as he helped with sorting collecting from Birstall some other bits we needed and assisted on some technical questions too! I later found out he was the stores regional manager, thanks Rich!
Staff are always friendly and welcoming in store when we’ve visited.

Friendly staff good customer care effiecent ordering system it was a pleasure going into store.

Products were described well and easy to see the sizes. Arrived well packaged and I am pleased with the quality of the radiator and valves

Excellent customer service. Resolved our issue/query with ease. Emailed our documents within 5 minutes as promised. Wished all customer services acted like this.
Contacted the Edmonton branch because the phones not working at the Watford branch. Hence the response above.
