One of the worst Experience in my entire life, firstly my 16 year old boy had to get all the items worth £6000 inside the house as the person who came with the delivery could not even park properly, they then delivered wrong items, I am still waiting for my refund of the returned items, I had to call multiple times to get things sorted. The showroom manager did not take accountability, was not nice. Would not recommend easy bathroom to anyone. I went into depression with all this going on with my toddler by my side. Then they took 20 days to collect the wrong items which was delivered to my house. They designed the bathroom but don’t take any accountability for all the wrong they do. It’s not worth the stress they give you. I am still waiting for a refund probably worth nearly £800. They mentally toucher you blaming things on you. They expect me to check all the items with my 8 months old where my 16 years old bring all the delivery inside the house from the road.

The Chorley showroom was very inviting with lots of different options available. We then sat with Ivor Hrast who was very knowledgeable and friendly and helped us massively in making our decisions, they also showed us the items that were available in the showroom so we could see it visually. We then had to wait for the fitter due to workload and when going back to the showroom Ivor remembered us and was able to bring up our quote within seconds. We would definitely use Easy bathrooms again and would highly recommend Ivor to help you with your bathroom choices! Thanks for making it possible to have our amazing bathroom!

Excellent service from start to finish, great products, quality is excellent. Thomas at the Darlington branch had very good product knowledge and was a massive help throughout the process, he was also very patient when we made product changes etc. Bathroom looks amazing.

We have recently had our en-suite bathroom totally refurbished. We had to make several visits to Easy Bathrooms before making our final choice of shower, tiles, WC, basin, radiator and accessories. Throughout the process Harry and Sam were brilliant with their patience and assistance. With their help, and that of James King our bathroom fitter, we now have a bathroom we really love

We have used Easy Bathrooms in Hayes a couple of times previously. The manager and staff are excellent and recognised us when we recently visited. They have always been very knowledgeable and the service very courteous. Ordering and delivery is fast, efficient and flexible, what's not to like.

Michelle was again very helpful & knowledgeable. Needed a mirror to complete our new shower room. It was ordered on a Monday & ready to collect on Wednesday.

Being charged £30 to return a pack of tiles to the store is a joke

I purchased tiles for a bathroom on the 26th May 2026 and the showroom and sales staff were lovely.

As is often the case with building works, the items are not used immediately and we opened the packaged tiles in early August 2026 to find several batches are scratched right out of the box, particularly those tiles in a batch with over a dozen straps machine wrapped around it.

On contact, Easy Bathrooms asked me to send photos and videos, which I did and requested replacements so I can finish the bathroom works.

Easy Bathrooms responded explaining "We are unable to arrange free-of-charge replacements. Due to the length of time between delivery and the damage being reported, we cannot establish that the damage occurred while the tiles were in our care."

I subsequently chose to provide Easy Bathrooms with 72 hours to come to a mutually agreeable position and despite several emails in that timeframe, Easy Bathrooms chose not to move on their original position, at which point I discontinued any further communication.

I will provide a further update after following UK Consumer Law to provide a final outcome.

I'm sharing this experience to allow you to make your own informed decisions. For me personally, I don't like paying full price for brand new items, only to discover them damaged right out of the box and then to be told "I will have to pay for replacements".

The irony is, I'm building a HMO and still have seven more bathrooms to complete.

I bought a FLINT THERMOSTATIC
SHOWER PACK -
BRUSHED BRONZE that it leaks but not all the time so when the plumber installed it he did not realize that. I just moved in the house. I leave house at 8 in the morning and come back at 10 or 11 at night and 2 o’clock or 3 and 4 o’clock I hear the shower running. It is so stressful not being able to sleep because of the shower after working 16 hours. I made a video and I send it to easy bathrooms and they send me a BYRON / FALCO - PUSH BUTTON CARTRIDGE. Yesterday I booked 3 plumbers that none of them takes wanted to replace it. I don’t really know what to do.

Promised refund hasn't arrived. No response from Customer Services. I will never buy from Easy Bathrooms again.

I've already written one review and they still haven't responded to my complaint of over a month ago.

They also offered me a refund and have yet to actually send it to me.

A store manager also accused me of lying in an email.

Not impressed.
