Really bad experience for a simple spare part
I ordered a seal for my shower door and was asked to provide pictures of my existing on. Still they delivered the wrong size. I had to pay upfront for the item, and when they eventually found out which one I needed, after providing exact measurements, I had to pay upfront for that as well. The whole process from ordering to finally having the correct seal took 4 weeks. The bathroom suite had been delivered only 2 years previously so thought it would have been straightforward to identify the correct model.
Eventually I received a refund for the wrong item. Although the staff were friendly and helpful, I still feel it was a very bad experience, and quite exhausting too. When I asked for some compensation for all my time wasted, I was told I could contact head office, as the individual branch could not authorise such a thing. I simply gave up, as I was so fed up with spending so much time on a £20 spare part.

We bought two radiators from this…
We bought two radiators from this company in April with a delivery date of early May when they arrived we received a email saying that the valves were out of stock and would be delivered at a later date, how can a company sell you a product that they don’t have ? several more dates were given but no valves arrived,when I complained and asked for compensation they had the nerve to quibble about how much bearing in mind that I had to keep putting my plumbers off, eventually I received £100 and the valves finally came beginning of August.
I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone,shocking customer service.

Swindon Showroom Sales Team are Great
The sales team at the Swindon showroom were all very helpful and knowledgeable. We ordered a walk in shower and shower tray with their assistance and the whole process was very easy. We actually ordered the wrong tray and the sales team rang and explained and ordered the correct tray for us. We also had an issue fitting the glass door but we called into the showroom and they rang one of their technical advisors who explained the fittings to us and we were able to fit the glass door successfully. the company had a tile we liked, it was slightly over our budget probably because of the delivery charge that was in my eyes quite expensive @ £70.
The showroom is very nice. we were greeted by a gentleman at the first desk who guided us to the tiles. that was Scott who later took our sale. he was very helpful.

Bathroom looked great but poor quality materials
We bought a black matt bathroom set from them which seemed okay but very easily marks even when just wiped with a damp cloth before 12 months the toilet top had to be replaced. We bought all black taps etc big mistake with 6 months all the black was coming off We did get replacements for the plugs but they have started coming off again. The taps are the same, they have a great sales pitch and the items look great but not great quality 2 years down bathroom looking very shabby but now put of warranty so suck with patches of chrome, rust on taps and plugs.

People make mistakes but it’s the way you rectify them that makes the difference
In store I felt that we had a good service but when I was having the sink fitted we found out that we were sold the wrong sink waste fitting as the sink didn’t have a overflow which meant I had to drive a 50 mile round trip to pick up and pay a little extra to collect the correct one . This meant I had a larger bill from the plumber as I had to pay for a return is it plus his travel. When I went back to store to collect the correct one I was told it was a easy mistake to make as it was only 5 different one that need this particular one. I was very disappointed that it was myself who incurred the extra cost due to a mistake made by staff in the store and that they won’t make it again but it was myself that was out of pocket.
