Very poor customer service. The shop staff are great, but the company returns policy is terrible. Head office are not helpful at all. I would be careful buying again because returning items is not a option.

Very good apart from one thing.
The supervisor was a tad curt when we asked a question,
We hadn't dealt with him before, everyone of the lads we usually deal with have been fantastic
Having spent a few thousand pounds over the last months. We were a little disappointed tbf.

Easy bathrooms in warrington was a revelation. From going in with no idea what we wanted to a fully formed en suite, Kev and Tom helped and guided us through every step. Not only with choosing but the suggestions about the types of tiles, colour matching, flooring and fittings, the team at warrington never missed a beat. The result? A lovely fitted bathroom that will be enjoyed for years to come. Delivery was prompt with the team being fast and efficient, making sure it was all left in a tidy secure place before leaving. Overall, I cannot recommend the team at easy bathrooms highly enough. If you choose to use them you will not go wrong

Sales man went the extra mile, polite informative and knew his stuff , making sure every box was ticked , making sure everything was precise and explained things in a simple way I could understand, nice man

They confirmed my delivery a few days before. I changed for a more convenient date, they were more than happy to accommodate this. They also advised me how to store them. The delivery driver was very helpful.
My independent bathroom fitter said the panels were of high quality compared to others he had used.

Walked in a straight away I was welcomed by karly, she went through the products I needed with me and when that would be arriving and helped me open a trade account with easy bathroom, very professional

The person we dealt with was very helpful, and we chose some tiles that we liked, however we were absolutely astounded at the charges for delivery to the shop and also there was a collection fee mention which we refused.
In our opinion this is not the way to conduct a business!!

We have visited Easy Bathrooms, Ravenside retail park Enfield a few times during the last few months whilst refurbishing our downstairs toilet.

We have always dealt with Kofi who is professional and very helpful. He has always given us good advice, he listens to what we need and researches suitable options and has the patience to demonstrate how things work. For example, we couldn’t work out how a particular toilet roll holder could be fixed so it could be used from the right hand side or left. Kofi unscrewed it and showed us.
He provides great customer service.

The quality of the equipment is second to none. Service and supply were excellent.

Attention to customer's needs.

Both Rob and Nigel were helpful in assessing my needs and in finding and offering solutions.
Also very helpful with delivery/collection process.

The worst experience in my life! Cheating, not helpful,disgusting.

A warm welcome, doors held open. A listening ear and a lady whoe who knew the stock and took me immediately to exactly the mirror I wanted.

Excellent, helpful service

Young sales man called Tom in the Galashiels showroom was very helpful and knowledgeable of all the items l required, and kept informed when items arrived, easy bathrooms plus very quick turnaround on delivery items .

everyone were very friendly and helpful, even when things were wrong they helped as quickly as they could and sorted it out for us. Overall quality of bathroom items are really good. The only negative thing and we were disappointed that even though we had Easy bathrooms come and measure up for us, we had two full boxes of tiles left over and they wouldn’t even take one back, this was measured by them and that is a lot of tiles left over and as they measured it I think they should have at least taken one back

I used the Chichester branch and they were very helpful when I needed a further supply of tiles, twice! Understanding and organised. Great service.

Staff at easy bathrooms were very helpful and accommodating to my needs, they didn’t quibble with damage items, it will be my first choice for future work I carry out

Initially had a great experience but was let down by the reality. Ie, good at sales but not so good at the actual service. They have a poorly communicated overpriced delivery service, they over-ordered tiles, delivered an incorrect bath size and a rude response to my complaint, followed by an offer of a refund that I am yet to receive.

Easy bathrooms has a 'kerbside' delivery service that they claim they communicate clearly. They may well have communicated this clearly to other customers but they did not with me. Not at the time of my appointment, not at the point of sale and not even when I spoke to them about my delivery.

Delivery is £85 and the driver basically dumps the bathroom outside unless you give them 2 weeks notice and an extra £35 which gives delivery a total of £120. As a comparison I had a entire kitchen which cost more than double and delivery was £40 with two men bringing the entire kitchen including white goods inside.

Additionally they leave behind a large pallett that it is necessary to dispose of - I had to pay for this to be taken away as I don't have a car.

When I asked about this I was informed that I did know this was the service. I clarified that I didn't and was told I was wrong. I suggested they listen to their customer phone recordings. They suggested I was lying and for some reason despite their assertion I knew about the kerbside delivery I weirdly hadn't arranged someone to be able to carry inside a bathroom that has cost me £4K. Because that makes sense.

I am not gifted, informed or knowledgable about bathrooms and I was extremely clear and open that I was relying on their and my bathroom fitters expertise. I was advised by the fitter and passed on all the measurements to the consultant. I informed them he recommended a full size bath. I didn't receive a full size bath which has left a gap.

They also over ordered tiles and have a non-returnable policy for tiles (which are more than double the price of Topps Tiles for example).

I went with Easy Bathrooms due to the care and attention given by the consultants instore. I am very disappointed with the reality.
