Best Communication with Reliable Santo Domingo Tour Service
I stayed in Punta Cana for 5 nights with my family, and my sister’s family was also at the same TAN Resort Marina Cap Cana. In total, we were 7 people—3 adults and 4 kids (ages 16, 10, 7, and 3). I was looking for a full-day tour to Santo Domingo, and through a review, I came across Easy Cana.
From the beginning, the communication via WhatsApp was excellent—clear, responsive, and very professional. While I was initially booking a group tour, they offered me an option to upgrade to a private tour. Since we had young kids with us, I was interested but expected it to be expensive. Surprisingly, the upgrade cost was very reasonable.
On the day of the tour, everything went exactly as promised. Around 7:30 AM, a clean and comfortable Hyundai Staria arrived directly at our resort to pick us up. Our driver, Brandon, was friendly and professional. He’s originally from Santo Domingo and is actually part of the owner’s family of Easy Cana. His driving was smooth and safe, and the journey took about 2 hours and 15 minutes each way.
We met our guide, Miguel, at Los Tres Ojos National Park. He speaks excellent English (along with several other languages) and was incredibly knowledgeable. More importantly, he treated us like family. He guided us throughout the day and even helped take photos, which made the experience even more memorable.
During the tour, we visited Los Tres Ojos, Columbus Lighthouse, the Malecón, and the Zona Colonial. Everything was well organized and paced perfectly for our group, especially considering the kids.
The only part that could be improved was the lunch—it was average, not great but not bad either. However, since it was included in the package, it still felt like good value overall.
They also took us to a souvenir shop, which was helpful for picking up local items. Along the way, we enjoyed ice cream and fresh coconut from street vendors—and even shared those moments with Brandon and Miguel, which made the experience more personal and enjoyable.
In the end, I can confidently say that Easy Cana provides a reliable and well-organized service with excellent communication. If you’re considering a Santo Domingo day tour, especially with family, I would definitely recommend going with them.

My experience with EasyCana was great…
My experience with EasyCana was great from the very start. Quick responses to all my inquiries and concerns. Everything happened as was promised. Driver met us with a sign exiting the airport. The car was very clean (Tesla) ! He stopped to get us some fresh water without us even asking! It was an hour drive to our destination and even though neither of us spoke each others language fluently, there was no problem communicating. We also had the option to pay in pesos/USD/CAD which was great. The return trip to the airport went just as smooth. Highly recommend EasyCana.

Very good costumer service and transport
Very good service. The transfer arrived on time. Inside the airport, a representative was waiting and escorted us to the vehicle. The vehicle is not the newest, but it was clean. The driver was friendly and polite. The office was always in touch and provided clear step-by-step instructions on how to find them at the airport.
Prices are reasonable and lower than taxi fares. Highly recommended.
