Customer Service is an art form, these guys nail it. Micah provided me with a detailed explanation of the process and talked me through a solution to our problem with a very late stage effort to aquire a carnet. Will most definitely be using these guys for our projects from here on out.

Easy Carnet was awesome to work with. First experience, we had a last-minute video shoot in Mexico right before the holiday and they jumped right on it. We got our video camera equipment in and out of Mexico without a hassle. They made the carnet super easy to use and understand all the way through the process, from the US to Mexico and back to the United States. I do shoots all over the world and these guys are real pros. This will be the first of many opportunities to work with them.

Excellent customer service and great hand holding through the process

The service went above and beyond to rush order my Carnet. I started the process on a Wednesday afternoon, and a courier drove 8 hours to drop my documents off at midnight on Thursday night. The Service rep communicated the entire time and went out of his way to make this emergency trip happen for me.
