Large Frame
Ordered a large frame for a diamond painting, was a bit of an odd size and rather heavy. Not only was it perfect but it arrived 6 days after ordering. Great quality and brilliant service, will definitely order again!

The Easyframe website allows you to upload and store images of paintings, have them printed (I didn't),
choose a frame, place the order and have it delivered.
I ordered on a Wednesday and received delivery the following Monday. Generous quantity discount (I ordered 14 float frames). Loyalty points. Free delivery over £50. Very helpful customer service.
The quality of workmanship, especially noting the clean and tight mitre joints and the quality of the wood was excellent.
Also included were the D rings, screws and string for hanging, plus Velcro discs for mounting the canvasses in the frame.
All packed up very securely in recyclable material and no plastic.
I'll be back. Very impressed. Many thanks.

Good quality frames at a great price
Good quality frames and a great price, too. The dimensions are absolutely spot-on, to the millimetre. The order was fulfilled extremely quickly and arrived in perfect order, due in no small part to the excellent, protective packaging. I definitely recommend Easyframe and will be using them again.

I ordered 3 bespoke mount boards and a sheet of plexiglass. Both were high quality and cheaper than other companies. In addition they arrived 2 days after ordering. They also gave me a discount for my first order and a discount for multi-buy for the mount boards.

Custom size mount
I ordered a custom size mount for a picture. When it arrived it had been damaged by the delivery firm. I immediately contacted Easyframe sending a picture of the damage and received a reply within an hour and confirmation that they had set up for a replacement which I received with no problems. Both parcels had been packaged very well but the first one had been bent even though Easyframe had placed a large sticker on it says do not bend or crush. Overall the service I received was fantastic and the quality of goods ordered was excellent. I will definitely use Easyframe again

Perfect inset frames for special oil painting
Fantastic company- easy to navigate, lots of helpful information so you know what to choose and very good quality product. I was given two lovely oil paintings on thin canvas boards and had no idea how to frame them but wanted something to make them look special. It only took me a few minutes on the EasyFrame website to find something I liked and that I was sure would be right for the style of painting. Perfect results and very happy with how they look.

One frame damaged
I ordered two custom 400mm by 500mm oak frames with AR glazing. Delivery was quite fast, and they used a reliable courier (DHL). Unfortunately one frame had a gouge or depression on one side, and gouges on the front and the surface nearby was torn up. I suspect the damage was present on the wood before it was assembled into a frame, as the frames were very well packed during transit. I contacted the company and Rob promptly replied offering a return and full refund.
I decided to see if I could instead repair the damage. I repeatedly spat on the damaged wood, causing it to gradually expand, and then sanded it smooth. The end result is now free of damage although the grain on that frame is ugly compared to my five other oak frames, including one from this company.
The frames came with fixings. I am used to pre-installed fixings on the backboard. These came with hooks and screws. The hook is screwed to the wooden frame. It is tedious to attach the hook, and it holds the frame slightly away from the wall. I much prefer the fixings on my other frames, but tastes may differ.
I ordered AR glazing for both as they will be near lighting. However, the glazing made my photos look lifeless, so I do not recommend it. Rob told me that I could reverse the glazing, so that the matt surface is against the print, and the prints now look good. I don’t recall any instructions pointing out that the glazing should be inserted with one specific face outwards, but I might be mistaken.
I give 1 star for the product as one frame was damaged before transit and 5 stars for the customer service.
