The website was easy to navigate and find what I needed. When there was a problem with one part of the order, they immediately sent a replacement without any hassle or additional cost. Excellent customer service like that is a welcome change from the current norm.

Replacement Keys Fast. Ended up needing 14 keys for cabinets, they were shipped fast and free. I will absolutely order from EasyKeys anytime I need replacement keys for my company. I called to ask a question and was connected to a real person in moments and my question was accurately answered. Actual customer service! They do it perfectly.

I wanted to modernize a few home locks and get a new car key programmed. They completed both tasks carefully, explained security improvements, and left everything in perfect working order. Friendly and skilled service in Charlotte.

I would have liked a faster shipping time as a lost key is inconvience to everyone but having a company being there with a key was great.
I think selling in pairs should be mandatory.

easy to locate correct keys quick shipping

I was sent the wrong keys and when you were notified you quickly sent me the correct keys. I did need to return a different order and it was done with ease. The cost to mail back to you was almost as much as the keys but that was on me since I didn’t check if the lock worked before I purchased the keys. Will refer you to others and use you again when needed.

I am glad I had sent in a pic of the lock since I had read the numbers incorrectly. EasyKeys.com corrected my order and sent me the right key. Also, I had a delivery issue and they quickly straighten it out.

Keys do not work

I did a long project of cleaning my garage where I found many forgotten padlocks from days gone by. Some had keys, many did not; some worth keeping, many not. Among them was a set of common keyed Master Locks but I had only one key for the four locks - much too risky for a forgetful person. The hardest part about getting extra keys was finding the vendor. From there it was a quick and easy process and cost less than buying a new set of padlocks. The keys were shipped in good time (just over a week, I think) and work perfectly.

The first key was not the correct blank. However a replacement was sent and it worked!

Everything is fine, the only problem I have. It was time for delivery, it took a long for delivery.

Had very hard to find keys for vintage truck . Great price and fast process. Postal service was slow but that’s normal and out of anyone’s control

Needed keys for a hitch lock, I had the master. They sent keys and it wouldn't even turn in the lock... so I let them know then they sent more keys... so I started investigating by taking out the shackle and seeing how the lock mechanism worked with the master key. So I actually got the first set of keys to work. They were going to send me a 3rd set of keys without hesitation. I felt like a dork but and offered to pay for the extra keys but they refused. I know they lost out on that one but their customer service was exceptional.
