Great company very easy to use and good interest rates. I used Easymoney for a few months just to test it out with a small amount of money before committing a larger amount of money. It was quick and easy to put money in , interest was paid monthly and after a month or so my money had been spread across a few different loans to decrease risk.
I emailed customer services to confirm my UK address and they were helpful and quick to respond. When taking money out it took around 1 day to sell the loans and 1 day for the money to get to my bank account. I can’t fault the service and I would definitely recommend this company as long as the interest rates are well above bank saving account rates.

Best company I have worked with to date. Incredibly helpful. When I have needed to invest money my investment is live within 24 hours and when I have requested portions back money has been processed back into my account in 24 hours. Cannot recommend easymoney enough.

I’ve been investing with easyMoney for three years now. I’ve tried several platforms but have found that easyMoney is by far the best. Great interest rates, perfect customer service, a safe place to invest my money, and the new website is very easy to navigate and use!

My problem has been solved with the support of the resp. for the compliance (Mrs. Joseline).
After the event resolution, I appreciate the fact that I've received a call from the company CEO (Jason) to discuss the matter.
Anyway, my rate remains 1 as the initial support provided has been very useless and rude, not willing to support but just to mek complex to withdraw money.
I will not further invest in Easymoney.

BE CAREFULL .... EASY TO GET YOUR MONEY, A TROBLE TO HAVE IT BACK.
It's more than 2 weeks I've requested the withdrawal of circa 3.000GBP.
So far nothing.
The support agent (Zoe) is finding excuses over excuses to not confirm the withdrawal and asking bank account confirmation.
I've issues details of 3 different bank acocunts, all supported by bank statement, confirming they are under my company name, but this seems not to be enough to have the money released.
Currently EASYMONEY is illegally retaining MY MONEY.
Will file a fraud calim to the London Police.

Been with Easymoney for about a year now. I was a little worried about money not being covered by FSA rules but with interest rates so low with banks, I invested with them. Ok its a bit of a 'Faf' opening the account, because of the way it works (not as easy as a bank a/c to open). But once up and running they paid the interest promptly. About 1 year on I needed the money back. Once again its not as easy as a bank, but their helpline woman was very very helpful. My money was back into my original account in 2 days. What can I say, but BRILLIANT SERVICE. Ill be returning to Easymoney a.s.a.p.

She was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and polite which made my experience a delight. She was very knowledgeable and helped me to complete my transaction.
