We have just received a set of plates…
We have just received a set of plates for our grand daughters 21st birthday present, and want to say what a great job Easy Number Plates have made of them along with the slogan on the bottom of them.
I must say after we ordered them I went on Trustpilot and read all of the negative reviews and wondered if we had made the correct decision, but to their credit they have done a brilliant job with being kept in contact all through the six days (with bank holiday and weekend days) it took for delivery. Thank you Easy Number Plates for the biggest smile on our grand daughters face when we gave them to her, well worth the 5 stars.
Regards
Mick & Marian Preece

At Easy Number Plates, we take pride in crafting high-quality lipped number plates, adding custom badges and borders, and keeping our customers updated throughout the process. It’s fantastic to know our communication and craftsmanship helped make her 21st birthday memorable. If I could give zero stars I would
If I could give zero stars I would. Ordered the plates and received a email to provide evidence of my legal registration. All documents sent over with no problems. Waited a week and made contact via WhatsApp, which was ignored. Following week made a second attempt via email. Was finally answered with a email saying “my address was invalid” and to confirm my address via email. My home address reconfirmed and email received saying there was a problem with “parcel force” delivery, when my account said it would be delivered via Royal Mail. Another week passes and still no plates, another email sent to say where are my plates as my account keeps saying “processing” asked if it would be wise to request a refund for said plates or if I could pick them up personally or at any Collection point. Was ignored again, sent a few email which again was ignored. Waited a few more days and received a generic email saying “postage issues refunded” no email of apology, no response to why they was unable to deliver them. Nothing. I sent a email back to ask what the email is supposed to mean and that I would like to go elsewhere I got “ Your order has been refunded and this email confirms a full refund was processed this morning” no sorry for messing me about or not informing me of what is going on. Literally built a number plate I wanted and paid good money for and get delivered a disgraceful service. Waited over 4 weeks for nothing. Thanks for that. Avoid at all costs.

Hi Rachel,
We’re very sorry to hear about your experience and completely understand your frustration. ENP always ensures that all orders are processed promptly and that evidence of legal registration is handled correctly, as was the case with your submission. Once your address was confirmed, your order was handed over to the courier for delivery. Unfortunately, there were issues with Parcel Force that caused delays and complications with your delivery, which were beyond our control.
As soon as we became aware of the delivery problem, we processed a full refund to ensure you were not out of pocket. We apologise if our communication during this process did not meet your expectations. At ENP, we pride ourselves on providing high-quality replacement number plates and excellent service, and we take feedback like this seriously to improve how we keep customers updated.

We’re very concerned to read your claims. ENP is a legitimate UK number plate maker, and all orders are processed promptly once the required legal documentation is received. Easy use of designing tool
Great site to use to build the plates. Very easy to use, and I liked the fact you can actually see what the text and design will look like whilst choosing. I have just to send off documents, then await the delivery of the plates. I will provide more feedback when they arrive. So far, so good.

Easy to order, paid for 24hr delivery which unfortunately couldn't be met so delivery charge refunded straight away. Plates delivered in about 3-5 days. I used Whatsapp to communicate and they were very responsive. Plates look good but not fitted yet. No real issues.

Faulty product and then ignored all emails!
Still visible glue dots on plate from where I assume someone put the glue on the wrong side and then wiped it off. Tried multiple times to contact and just got ignored, so if you want to risk receiving a faulty product and then being ignored and having no recourse then use these guys! Plate never made it onto the vehicle I ordered elsewhere and took the hit myself, thanks for that!
