Quick and good print. Problems with initial print but good service to resolve.
Updated to 5 stars - Easy Signs contacted me proactively after this review and sent a replacement promptly. Unexpected but much appreciated. Excellent service.
Production is quick and print quality is good, however, I’m not sure if print room is just very dirty? Signs covered in dirt, both outside and also some larger, very noticeable particles between the sticker and the backing sheet which I’m not sure how to get rid of hence haven’t been able to install yet.

Overall the service and speed was excellent. I initially had a few issues with the templates and the resolution of my images. I requested a dedicated person within easy signs to work with me to finalise my signs and produce. Cindy got me on track and my signs were produced and dispatched 24 hrs later and delivered to Central QLD within 2 days :) :) Fantastic effort all round. Thanks easy signs. Would definately purchase again !

They're usually pretty good but not this time
They're usually pretty good. But this time, it's very annoying with so much go back and forth that their graphic team, in my opinion, can have it done from their end to help with making it the right size. I've made the file the size they're after but still, seems like the cutting guidelines still way out of their lines. I would've ordered it from my usual place but it would've taken a while so I thought getting it from them. The business card received felt flimsy. Wouldn't order the business card again from them.
But their corflute signs are still pretty good as usual

Firstly, I wanted to apologise again that you felt it was very annoying going back and forth by email. This is never our intention, as we always want to ensure your artwork files are all up to standard for printing.
Secondly, I'm sorry that you felt the essential business cards that you ordered was flimsy. As discussed, we do offer 3 different types of business cards all with different gsm. The business card that you have selected is the essential business card which is the thinner material. However, I am glad that we were able to resolve this by sending you the samples of the other business cards that we had and you have since been happy with the luxury business cards at 420gsm.
I'm happy that we were able to resolve this issue for you and that you are happy with the reprinted business cards on the 420gsm stock.
