Product was not as described
Product was not as described. I was told it was easy to apply that it could be done by myself, that was not the correct information. I purchased a large outdoor sticker it was extremely flimsy, thin and stretchy to apply (being so large) the information provided was not correct. They state customer satisfaction on there site and they did adhere to that, they upgraded my purchase and i just paid the difference. The large sticker was applied by them onto composite panel and that resolved my issue.

I've been waiting on a delivery for over a week. The tracking number has it sitting on the Sunshine Coast for 6 days.
I have sent and email to Easy signs, twice left notes on your chatbot and nobody has gotten back to me.
When am I going to receive the order.

I am really sorry for the frustration caused while waiting for your delivery, and seeing the tracking remain in one location for a number of days, I completely understand how concerning that can be.
As discussed, I can see your order was produced within our 24 hour turnaround and dispatched the same day it was completed, so everything on our end was processed as quickly as possible.
From the time your order was dispatched from our warehouse, the delivery timeframe was 4–5 business days to postcode 4215, as advised by the courier. I can see that your order was delivered within 5 business days of dispatch, which falls within this estimated timeframe.
I understand it may not have been as quick as you were expecting, and I am sorry for any disappointment caused.
As per our call and email, I have applied a $100.00 credit to your account as a gesture of goodwill for the experience.
We do appreciate your feedback, and this will be passed on to the courier. If you ever have a strict delivery deadline in future, please feel free to reach out to us beforehand, and we can look at alternative delivery options for you.

EasySigns were simple to use and good…
EasySigns were simple to use and good communicators. Both uploading documents and designing on the onsite designer were simple and gave enough options to do what I wanted. the quality of the products was good and the shipping was timely.
contact with the team over designs and fixes, whilst handled by different team members was seamless and all contained in the one email chain which meant each team member was aware of where the process was up to.
We got our order delivered to remote NSW and it wasn't charged extra and didn't take long.
a great experience and when when I need printing for signage in the future, easysigns will be my first thought, for price, quality and timeliness!

The products were great.
The products were great.. although getting them was hard work! To fulfill a relatively simple order I have almost 30 emails back and forth, each time speaking to a different person which lead to confusion, changes to costs estimates and errors, ultimately requiring the original order to be reprinted at added cost.
