Just to clarify, easyTag has no subscription fees and no ongoing running costs. Once purchased, it is free to use with the compatible tracking network, such as Apple Find My or Samsung SmartThings, depending on the version purchased.

My tag has disconnected from my phone…

My tag has disconnected from my phone multiple times. Initially I was able to reconnect the tag but now it will not connect.... .now matter how well I follow the video which was sent. Each time customer support repeats the same narrative... 'your not following the video properly, press the buttons quicker/slower'. Having tried multiple times over 5 months, rather than replace what is clearly a gaulty tag the company has stopped responding to my messages. Clearly, their sole purpose was to waste time, blame the customer and hope that the problem just goes away. I would not buy this tag again!

Useful WFH item for the garden

Ordered the square laptop sunshade so that I could take advantage of the warm weather when it appeared.
Firstly the item is large when fully open, which I personally think it’s an advantage as it allows the air to circulate. However if you’re planning to use this in small spaces, you’d be better off with the triangle shape.

Secondly it’s a bit fiddly to fold back up to place it on the bag. However, I managed it twice and I think with a few more goes, this will become easier, although truth be told, I would be happy to keep it flat and tucked away for the next use.
Finally, the silver outer backing means it will reflect the sunlight better, bear this in mind when comparing to others.

I did have issue with the first delivery as there were holes within the canopy when opened up. However a quick chat by watsapp plus shared photos by email, they replaced my order within days. Excellent customer service.

Overall happy with the product, just need the sunny weather to appear again!

The card is so quiet you would never hear it to find your wallet.

I have done everything they suggested in response to my review above, no improvement

Sorry to hear you’re having trouble with the sound on the card. It should still be audible when triggered, so this doesn’t sound quite right.

A couple of quick things that may help:

Ensure the volume is turned up fully on the SmartThings Find app
Please select classic ringtone 2, this is the loudest
Please fully charge the device

Very good service.

Ordered the tracker on line. Used my SIM card in it. Experienced a problem so contacted them and they were first class in resolving my problem. The tracker is now working as it should. Thank you Emily and the team.

I sent you a request to cancel my order… and it has been solved

I requested a cancellation of my order because the customs charges were really excessive for the passport holder I’d ordered. At first, I didn’t receive a response from Easytag’s customer support team. But after a few reminders from me, I received an answer from the support team who resolved the issue. Emily handled my request. She is very understanding and competent. She keeps you informed about the progress of your request. Thanks to her, my cancellation request was accepted and the full amount was refunded :-) So, if you encounter a problem with your order at EASYTAG, send an email to the support team and I’m sure Emily will handle your request just as well as she handled mine.
