It is good however I would be cool to be able to look up more tattoos with key words
ie the tattoo might be of a frog and labeled frog but if I look up toad it won't come up. which makes sense because it's not a toad but it would be cool to see the 'close matches' if that makes sense?

better than competition.
Tried a couple of their tattoos and they apply better than others and hold up just fine. My tattoo from Inkon lasted a week longer, but didn't apply as well. Items arrive about 12-14 days after I order... I'll try the expedited shipping next time. I'm in US and they're in AU so I get it. Trying a custom print next.

Pretty simple to use and navigate
Pretty simple to use and navigate. Quite intuitive. It took me a couple of attempts to convert an image to the correct format to upload. Was not 100% clear on whether the image had uploaded successfully or not. Might be worth trying to get the large sample image on the left to display the image or design you upload so it is clear it has been uploaded and sits in the cart. Other than that all seamless and I look forward to the mystery prize and the design coming back.Cheers

I had some difficulty
The custom order I placed seemed to be more difficult than I expected. Some of it is operator error, I admit. When I put in my new customer coupon code INK65T29HSW, it was rejected. I also hope that the photo I took of a word document, doesn't confuse anyone, I just want the word as the tattoo, not the frame around it. Sorry for the complications!

Hi Sandy
Thank you for sharing your review. We are sorry to hear that you had trouble with the discount code.
Our promotional discount codes are not applicable to our custom tattoos as we offer bundle deals on quantity instead for custom range. Rest assured, our custom team will take good care of your order. We can definitely work with the image provided and we understand that you'd only like the text and not the frame/background around it. Please no need to apologise, we are always here to help!
If you're ever unsure about anything to do with your custom order, we are always happy to help clarify the issue before/after your order!
Enjoy:)
