Hi Melissa
Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry to hear that you couldn't upload your artwork. Thats highly unusual and sounds like a technical error as our custom orders can't progress to checkout unless artwork is uploaded. But please don't worry, each order is processed by our artists and if any issues they directly contact you, in this case will email you for the artwork. Rest assured we will ensure your custom order is done! Could you please email us your artwork for this order to: hello@easytatt.com and we will get that started straight away?
I'd be more than happy to print some extra copies at no extra cost as a small apology for the inconvenience!
Kind Regards

Great art work
Great art work, myself, my daughter and my niece all tried one, and we all 3 had different results. It must depend on the skin tone and some variables like that, but definitely like the product. And would buy again

Excellent design, but shipping is long.
It took a lot of effort to find the tattoo I liked while browsing a few days ago. Website said it was new, but going to "new arrival" and other search criteria didn't find it. I had to scroll "all tattoos" to finally find it. Upon check out, it shows a DHL delivery which seems odd and appears to be coming from overseas. Shipping time was 5 to 9 business days! Wanted it sooner for a trip with my friends next week, but looks like it won't arrive in time. Wish I knew the delivery timeframe before I ordered. Too bad since I really like the design. Perhaps you should state it's coming from overseas upfront for complete transparency.
