My experience with Easy Medical was extremely disappointing from start to finish.
The company changed my appointment at the last minute. The following morning, I contacted them through their own messaging system to confirm whether I should still attend. Their system explicitly instructed me to pay the invoice to secure my appointment. I followed those instructions immediately, submitted proof of payment, and received confirmation that my appointment had been successfully booked.
Based entirely on their confirmation, I took time off work, paid for taxis to and from the clinic, and travelled to my appointment—only to be told that the appointment could not take place.
The most concerning part was not the administrative error itself, but the complete refusal to accept responsibility afterwards. I provided screenshots of the entire conversation clearly showing their own system instructing me to make payment and confirming my booking. Despite this evidence, they refused to reimburse even my modest £24 taxi expenses or offer any meaningful goodwill gesture.
This demonstrates a worrying lack of accountability. If a company's own booking system cannot be relied upon, and the company refuses to accept responsibility when customers follow its instructions, it raises serious concerns about its customer service standards.
Businesses make mistakes. Reputable businesses acknowledge them, apologise, and put things right. Unfortunately, that was not my experience with Easy Medical.
I hope future customers read the reviews carefully before deciding to book with this company.

You booked your appointment the night before, and at that time the 8:30 am slot was already unavailable. The first confirmed time was 10:30 am, and the confirmation email and invoice were sent immediately. As stated in our Terms & Conditions, appointments must be paid in advance to remain active, and reminder messages were sent before the appointment time.
Payment was made at 9:44 am, which was after the cancellation threshold, so the appointment was automatically cancelled in line with our policy. Although our automated system acknowledged the payment, this did not override the cancellation rule.
When you arrived without a valid booking, our team acted promptly and rebooked you immediately as a goodwill gesture. The clinic offered to see you within approximately 20 minutes, despite having back‑to‑back appointments. You chose not to wait, and we therefore issued a full refund straight away.
Following this, we offered several goodwill options, including a complimentary consultation and a discount on future testing. Although Easy Medical was not at fault, we extended a 10% goodwill discount for any future booking.
We always aim to support our patients and go the extra mile, and we are proud of the service reflected in our many positive reviews.

Misleading information on website, a finger prick test requires a few drops of blood. You may have great difficulty as to fill the tube you need at least 15 drops.
Two of the lancets failed so I bought more from boots, another £10 spent. I have now got 2 bruised fingers and I’m nearly £50 poorer.
I don’t think the website is clear, a complete waste of money. The company did get back to me quickly, they claim the onus is on me to collect the samples, I completely understand that. My point is that they don’t make it clear how difficult it can be to get sufficient blood for their requirements.
As a pensioner, whose twin brother was diagnosed with an aggressive tumour of the prostate, I wanted to recheck my levels.
I’m extremely dissatisfied.

This is a self‑collection home kit, and the responsibility for obtaining a viable blood sample sits with the user.
This is stated clearly in our Terms & Conditions and is standard across all UK home testing providers.
About the blood volume:
The manufacturer’s instructions refer to collecting multiple small drops of capillary blood.
Finger‑prick tests do not produce one large drop — they produce several small droplets.
The total volume required is standard for PSA testing and is set by the laboratory, not by Easy Medical Centre.
About the lancets:
Lancets are single‑use devices supplied by the manufacturer.
If a lancet does not produce enough blood, this is related to the natural difficulty of capillary collection, not a fault with the kit or the clinic.
We cannot supervise or control the technique used at home.
About liability:
Because this is a self‑collection kit, UK consumer regulations do not place liability on the clinic when a user is unable to collect a sufficient sample.
The laboratory can only analyse a sample once it is successfully collected.
Our service:
Our team responded promptly and explained the situation clearly.
We always aim to support patients, but we must also follow medical device regulations and laboratory requirements.
For anyone who prefers a more reliable option, we offer venous blood testing in‑clinic, which avoids the challenges of finger‑prick collection.
