EasyTot had absolutely amazing customer service! I had mistyped a number in my address and they quickly reached out to the distributer to have it corrected and sent my way. They had amazing and kind communication, I will certainly be ordering from them again! :)

Easy to order and doll was beautiful!

The rompers are absolutely adorable and the shipping was so incredibly fast that we had it here by the baby shower. I had already figured I would be giving the rompers to my friend late, but to my surprise, the rompers made it in time for the shower! Great customer service!

Don't order from this company. I ordered the stepping stones, I got a notification that my item was delivered. I did not receive items. I had emailed, called & texted the number provided did not hear back from one person in over a week. Finally I reached out again & heard back from someone over a week of crickets. There “ company “ then wanted me to deal with their third party shipping & handling services or call USPS & track the item.

I made my first purchase when EasyTot came up when I searched for a gift for our daughter and son in law after the birth of our first grandchild. In my excitement I put the wrong shipping address and reached out to customer service to inquire about changing it on an express ship order. Response time was fantastic and they were actually able to ensure that the package would ship to the correct location! Huge relief!! I look forward to being a customer for many years to come.

I ordered two kids umbrellas and they sent me the wrong item one kids costume jacket. It took several weeks for the wrong item to arrive so we were pretty disappointed. When I sent an email, call and text to straighten out the mishap they were unreachable for several days but did get back to me and said that it was the fault of the post office that mislabelled the package and that they could send us the umbrellas in a new package. That seemed strange to me. They also offered me a discount on my next purchase. I am not sure if I will try them again but I think they did the right thing and I did get the refund pretty quickly.

I ordered the wooden eggs for a craft project: it’s really difficult to find similar toy eggs that aren’t plastic, hollow or in neon colors. I wanted mine to look natural/like a wild bird’s eggs. I wasn’t expecting them to be as beautiful as these; they look almost like the real thing, in subtle colors like teal and speckled beige. My three year old grandson, who loves animals and being in natural places, will love these as well. The seller is also a delight to buy from; I will keep her in mind when I start my next project or need a gift for my grandchildren.

I bought a little woolen sheep ornament. It was perfect! Beautiful craftsmanship and great customer service!

Excellent customer service! Emma was incredible with communication and perseverance to make sure my package was delivered on time for Christmas despite many obstacles outside of her control. I can’t wait for my children to play with their trapeze on Christmas morning!

Great customer care and toy selection. The stores offer several discounts for recurring members and the shipping and packaging is flawless. I received one toy slightly damaged out of the box, due to manufacturer defects and when I raised my concern by email to the store customer care they immediately responded me with a range of possible fixes on their hand. It's an e-commerce that make you feel heard and valued as a customer.

This company is run so terribly managed I don't know where to start! Ultimately the order was a fiasco. I got notice that it was deliverd, which it wasn't and the company verified that the notice of delivery was a mistake and it was yet out for delivery... never came. Then told it was out of stock with no availability date. I cancelled the order. The owner Emma is a liar and I have emails to prove it ... once I cancelled the order bc it was out of stock she said a credit was issued; however, it was never issued and I had to go through my credit card. Then she wanted me to cancel the dispute because she emailed that the product was back in stock and would be delivered - FAT CHANCE. Over all there were over 12 emails back and forth for 1 order that never came. The company is run terribly and by the way there is no personal contact via phone. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!

Emma was lovely in helping me resolve my issue even though I cannot physically prove I do not have my backpack. She’s amazing.

I was looking for the Tuttle Twins books for toddlers, but they were sold out on the official site and Amazon had single books for bundle pricing. EasyTot had the 6 book combo in stock for a fair price and shipped them out quickly. Great experience overall—would definitely recommend!

I placed my first order with Easy Tot that consisted of Christmas gifts for a granddaughter. My order was delivered in two separate shipments. I received a notice for the first shipment in my order that it had been delivered. I was home at the time and checked the area indicted in the delivered notice. There was no package. I gave it an extra day thinking it might show up, but it did not. I contacted Easy Tot through the customer service email and explained what happened. They responded promptly, asked for some order info and wrote again to tell me they were going to resend the items I did not receive later that day. Wonderful customer service!! I highly recommend Easy Tot.

Shipping was great and kit appears complete but this is a Christmas gift so I can not give a complete review yet.

Their customer service was great!

We purchased shoes for our goddaughter to wear to chapel as she begins kindergarten. She is growing like a weed and they were too small. Easytot went above and beyond to help us make it right for her. Customer service and care are top notch! Not to mention, such high quality shoes.
