Tour + transporte Casamento incrivel

Experiencia tour e transporte de casamento simplesmente incrivel e impecavel, desde a comunicacao, há transparencia e pequenos humanos detalhes que fazem toda a diferenca, foram incriveis em todos os pontos. Agradecer desde já ha carolina que fez a gestao de todo transporte e teve muita pacienca e disponibilidade total mesmo ás vezes a horas como 2 da manha para nos ajudar.

Fizemos um tour de luxo magnifico de 8 dias entre lisboa, douro, sintra, cascais, algarve, a conhecer portugal todo, eu mais a minha familia, todos os detalhes foram incriveis e bem definidos, o motorista super profssional e simpatico, obrigado Samuel! servico personalizdo de extrema qualidade

Além disso organizaram tambem o transporte de casamento do meu melhor amigo que casou em portugal, mais de 140 pessoas, e foi tudo impecavel, desde autocarros a minibus, mais uma vez a Carolina foi muito profissional.

Great and Reliable Service

We used EasyTransfer and their service across multiple days during our work retreat. All drivers were super responsive and reliable. Alfonso was always very helpful and flexible and willing to accommodate any extra requests we had during the week. Definitely made our trip to Ericeira much more reliable by eliminating any transport stress! Highly recommend! 💚

Avoid using this service

Avoid using this service, stick to the more established airport transfers.
Needed to be at the airport for 6am booked for 5am and they never turned up. Very stressful trying to find an alternative at that time of the morning. I did get there with 30 minutes before the plane was due to leave at 7.40am.
Be warned.... don't use them

As mentioned, our driver was involved in a serious accident, which unfortunately led to the unexpected delay. Despite our immediate efforts to find a substitute at that early hour, it was extremely difficult.

With over 300 reviews on Google Business, all of them 5-star ratings, this was an isolated incident. We prioritize the safety of our drivers and passengers, and when unforeseen events occur, we do everything possible to minimize the impact. As soon as we were aware of the situation, we offered to cover any additional costs, including accommodation or a new flight, should you have missed yours. Thankfully, was managed to find a solution in time, and it’s clear you were able to catch your flight.

We highly value your trust, and we remain committed to providing the excellent service that our many positive reviews reflect. Our ride with Afonso

Everything was perfect. We booked for the ride to our Surfcamp in Peniche. I would definitely recommend and will book again for our way back from the Camp to the airport.
