Easy to use and pretty straightforward. I mainly use it to plan dinners and avoid buying random food I don't end up cooking.

I'm not a big cooking person but this makes it easier. Simple and kinda motivating because I can see a plan instead of starting from zero every morning.

I was charged twice for my subscription, and after initially responding, the customer service team completely stopped replying to my emails.

The AI is also very poor at recognising meals, frequently producing inaccurate results. The app is full of bugs and clearly needs significant improvements before it's fit for purpose.

Overall, a very disappointing experience and not worth the money.

I like that I can see calories and nutrition info without turning every meal into a math problem. It feels more practical than the calories app I used before.

Horrible application.
Downloaded it and bought a free trial for one week. After that I got no response from support when I wanted to cancel my subscription. Two months later and while constantly writing to customer service I got no response and got charged 80€ for literally nothing.

I wouldn't say I use every feature but the weekly meal plan is useful. It makes eating at home feel more organized. Would be nice to have even more quick lunch options though.

I downloaded the Eatr app and paid 4 PLN for 4 days of use. Shortly after, 189.98 PLN was charged from my account without my knowledge or consent. I never agreed to any subscription of this amount.

In my purchase history, the app was listed as costing 0 PLN, which makes the situation even more confusing. I was charged 4 PLN at download, and then 189.98 PLN was taken automatically with no warning.

I have contacted the developer multiple times and received no helpful response. I have since cancelled the subscription and deleted the app, but I have still not received my refund.

This is unacceptable. Charging users without clear consent and then ignoring refund requests is not how a legitimate business operates. I am now disputing this charge with my bank.

I strongly advise others to avoid this app.

The recipes are simple enough for normal weekdays. I like that I can filter things are quickly find something that fits what I want, especially when I don't feel like searching online.

I've had the app for about 3 weeks now. The biggest difference is that I actually plan a few meals before the week starts, instead of ordering food because I'm too tired to think. Some recipes change a bit but the starting point is really helpful.

pretty useful bth. I don't follow the exactly plan but it gives me ideas when my brain is done for the day.

Ho chiesto di cancellare il mio abbonamento, ma mi dicono di farlo tramite l’apple store, ma gli ho dimostrato che non ho nessun abbonamento attivo da li e che non ho gli addibiti tramite Apple store e quindi non posso richiederlo da li. Nonostante le dimostrazioni non mi hanno risposto e oggi mi e’ arrivato un altro nuovo addebito. E’ una truffa!!! Ad oggi mi hanno addebitato 49,99+39,99+39,99. Potete aiutarmi voi? Grazie

Complete scam. They are trying to take 83 bucks off me. I don't even have a subscription with them anymore

Paid 19.99 and then recieved nothing then they took 39.99 from my cart and i have still recieved nothing. No reply on my email nothing. I would like my money back!

An absolute rip off. I didn’t get what I’d paid for in the first place. Now they are trying to take £39.99 out of my bank all the time. Their site needs taking down. Thank goodness my bank is declining the payments. Still annoying when I keep getting the notification that they’ve tried again.

Billed for a subscription I had not signed up for. Also hugely misleading in encouraging people to download the app. This is where the problem starts. Be warned!

I signed up, they charged my credit card and I had no way to access the account. I emailed them to ask for help and after a couple of days received no reply. So I emailed them again requesting to cancel since they didn't respond to my request for help. Again I received no reply. Now over two months later, my bank notified me they were trying to charge my credit card AGAIN! I have NEVER been able to access the app?!?!? And they have zero customer service! They just want your money.

Got charged $49.99 even though the advertised PRO price was $39.99, and I had already cancelled the subscription directly in the app in the trial that was 6.99!
No clear explanation was provided for the charge or the price difference.
Customer support did not resolve the issue and offered referral codes instead of addressing the billing problem. Very disappointing experience—be careful with subscriptions and unexpected charges.

Ich habe im Zuge des europäischen Verbraucherschutzes und selbst von eatr angegeben Rücktrittsrecht gebrauch gemacht und bekomme mein Geld einfach nicht zurück. Ich werde seit Wochen vertröstet und habe meinen Anwalt eingeschaltet. Finger weg

Acquistata app sperando che le promesse venissero mantenute. Piano vegetariano con carne dentro, non dico altro. Non rispondono alle mail, società fantasma.

If there were zero stars, I would give them zero stars. I tried for 2 weeks to cancel my "automatic" subscription and there is no response from their side. Do yourself a favour and don't go there it is painful and the app is not worth the effort.
