Several models are explained, and the relevance of the combinations is emphasized. What is more interesting is that fellow students come from all over the world, bringing their unique points of view with their cultural background. These caused interesting discussions.

El programa de liderazgo estratégico para incertidumbre económica me pareció muy bien estructurado y enfocado en la combinación de 4 herramientas innovadoras para liderar en tiempos difíciles, no solo económicos sino de hipercompetencia.

Durante el curso de maneja la técnica de flipped classroom, lo que ayuda a que se trabajen asignaciones domiciliarias en equipo que después son revisadas en clase con todo el grupo. Esto ayuda a que la clase sea muy dinámica y a interiorizar los aprendizajes al hacer las tareas.

Los instructores con pleno dominio de la temática que el curso abarca y conocimiento profundo de las herramientas, guían al grupo con retroalimentación valiosa que sirve de aprendizaje para todos.

Great course on Leadership and developing strategy to cope with the current economic world of constant disruption. Utilizing the Wardley Mapping framework in conjunction with some of the EA frameworks was a nifty way to generate insights and steps to get ahead of the turmoil and create strategies for success, definitely worth the time commitment and very well delivered.

Great networking between the participants as well, kudos to all.

Great introduction into hypercompetitive environments. Learned different frameworks on how to better assist leadership in developing strategies in such environments. The frameworks are steeped in experience that Erich and team provide. Tri-Value model, ATOM, Wardley Maps, Sustainability Framwork. The format of working with a small focused team created connections with wonderful people and professionals across the globe.

Bonus guides are also provided for how to go about utilizing these methods in your own consulting/coaching business.

His classes are unique and offer AI to accompany our work, along with material he has created that is a great resource for solutioning any problem in this age of high speed disruption. Erich's models and teachings are unlike anything you will find in other agile, change management, or strategic leadership courses. His work is unique and practical at the same time. It is also wonderful to meet people from all over the world in his classes, as this makes for an amazing networking opportunity!

It's a very good course to learn the techniques to survive in this uncertainty world where we see changes everyday and we need to adapt those changes very quickly. So I highly recommend to learn this course.

I have completed my second course now from Enterprise Agility University (the first was the Hercules Initiative in Mar 2025). Strategic Leadership for Economic Uncertainty was a great blend of practical, hands-on work in class, combined with the camaraderie that is created when you are paired in small groups. We took concepts from the book Enterprise Agility Fundamentals and applied them to a real-world case simulation. Being paired with other leaders also introduced so many good ideas into our work! I would highly recommend the course.

This program offered great value:
1. some of the models are brilliantly simple in how they help make sense of complexity. They allow you to quickly compartmentalize what’s going on and then move in the right direction to explore more deeply.

2. I also really appreciated the interactive format and the small group setting (kept at around 30 people), which made it feel like a comfortable and open space.

3. And the diversity in the room stood out. So many cultures, countries, and perspectives represented. We all say we need to respect cultural differences, but unless we intentionally place ourselves in spaces where we can actually experience and navigate them together, those words remain just nice slogans.
