Geschreven door het bedrijf
- Eazi is a professional, service-driven team of property experts that has been built with the customer at the heart of everything we do. Our job is to ensure the process of selling and buying your home is less stressful and easy!
- KEY REASONS WHY IT'S EASY WITH EAZI:
- ALWAYS ON
- We understand that people today are busy, so we have designed a convenient centralised hub for our customers to interact with 24/7.
- AFFORDABILITY OF QUALITY SERVICE
- We will sell your home for a flat fee of only R39,500 all in, potentially saving you thousands on commission costs.
- VIEWINGS
- We provide online or physical viewings of your property to prospective buyers at a time convenient to you and at no additional cost.
- TRANSPARENT ONLINE BIDDING SYSTEM
- We believe in total transparency. Our unique bidding system enables potential buyers to submit offers online. The seller is notified of the offer in real-time, giving you all the information to decide if you want to accept, counter or decline the offer.
- QUALITY LISTINGS
- We ensure our listings are well-represented by offering a professional photography service and using creative descriptions to capture buyers' attention.
- MARKETING
- We invest heavily on marketing your home - we list your property on major property portals such as Property24, Private Property as well as on our Social Media platforms to give your property the best exposure.
- DEDICATED POST-SALES SUPPORT
- We ensure that instructions to originators and attorneys are efficiently concluded.
- PERSONAL SERVICE AT ALL TIMES
- One of the biggest frustrations we often hear from customers working with other agents is that there's a lack of communication and feedback about your property. With Eazi, you have a team of field consultants that provide a face-to-face, personal service to assist in viewings and handover and an internal agent who is available to service all your transaction needs.

100 star rating!
We have had the absolute pleasure in dealing with Zandri Kriel in the purchase of our new home in Protea Heights. She has been ray of sunshine from the beginning, always ready with a beautiful smile and always ready to give feedback. She is absolutely amazing, always going the extra mile with support and feedback. Wish there were more personalities like hers, and if we could give her a 100 star rating, we would! Thank you Zandri, you are an absolute blessing!

Excellent market knowledge and helpfulness
I highly recommend Brynne and the whole Eazi Team for their professional and practical approach to the market. While other agents suggested a lower listing price, they provided a data-backed recommendation that resulted in a much higher sale price than originally anticipated.
Beyond the valuation, their knowledge of the process was invaluable. They were extremely helpful with the follow-through, including coordinating all required compliance certificates and navigating the specific complexities involved in a non-resident sale. If you want an agent who understands the market and actually delivers on the logistics, they are the one to call. I am very happy with the service provided

My real estate agent Melissa was so kind and patient with us. She was always available to answer any questions we had. Appreciated how open and forthcoming she was with information. Definitely one of the best real estate agent experiences I’ve had, especially in the crazy CPT property market
