Geschreven door het bedrijf
- Eazi is a professional, service-driven team of property experts that has been built with the customer at the heart of everything we do. Our job is to ensure the process of selling and buying your home is less stressful and easy!
- KEY REASONS WHY IT'S EASY WITH EAZI:
- ALWAYS ON
- We understand that people today are busy, so we have designed a convenient centralised hub for our customers to interact with 24/7.
- AFFORDABILITY OF QUALITY SERVICE
- We will sell your home for a flat fee of only R39,500 all in, potentially saving you thousands on commission costs.
- VIEWINGS
- We provide online or physical viewings of your property to prospective buyers at a time convenient to you and at no additional cost.
- TRANSPARENT ONLINE BIDDING SYSTEM
- We believe in total transparency. Our unique bidding system enables potential buyers to submit offers online. The seller is notified of the offer in real-time, giving you all the information to decide if you want to accept, counter or decline the offer.
- QUALITY LISTINGS
- We ensure our listings are well-represented by offering a professional photography service and using creative descriptions to capture buyers' attention.
- MARKETING
- We invest heavily on marketing your home - we list your property on major property portals such as Property24, Private Property as well as on our Social Media platforms to give your property the best exposure.
- DEDICATED POST-SALES SUPPORT
- We ensure that instructions to originators and attorneys are efficiently concluded.
- PERSONAL SERVICE AT ALL TIMES
- One of the biggest frustrations we often hear from customers working with other agents is that there's a lack of communication and feedback about your property. With Eazi, you have a team of field consultants that provide a face-to-face, personal service to assist in viewings and handover and an internal agent who is available to service all your transaction needs.

Nicholus Eazi Agent
Their agent, Nicholus (Goodwood), constantly followed up, even when i was renovating the property. I wanted to keep the apartment open to many Agents, but chose to go solely with Eazi, due to the great focus by Nicholus. I was reaffirmed of this decision, when he sold the property in less than a month and very close to asking. He also went over and above to ensure the offer went through, after secured.

I used Eazi Real Estate because they also sold my father's house 3 years ago and we received excellent service there. We didn't just decide to use them because they have the lowest commission structure. We used them because of their excellent service. Always available, friendly and helpful. We knew what was happening with the sales process step by step. I would definitely recommend Eazi Real Estate to sell your property.

I will never recommend Eazi to anyone
I will never recommend Eazi to anyone, my experience with Francesca was atrocious. I felt after I signed the Offer to purchase, that her "friendliness" immediately disappeared, which made me questioned her character.
She never ones communicated to me that their is a delay with the sellers to move by a month, then it was a few days, on the day it was hours. When I followed up on the day, she said I can go to the house, she have to go and prepare dinner, had the seller handed over the keys to me. Its been over a week, not one follow up message. DO BETTER NEXT TIME WITH CLIENTS FRANCESCA!! It is not just a sale, its a life changing experience for people. I have worked with a few agents before in buying and selling other properties, never had such a horrible experience.

Dear Shireen,
Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We sincerely regret that the handover process did not meet your expectations.
We understand your frustration and would like to clarify the sequence of events leading up to the negative review you have shared. Our communication records, provided by Francesca - including WhatsApp conversations, call logs and email correspondence, reflect constant communication with both yourself and the seller throughout the process as well as regular updates from the attorneys regarding the delays leading up to the transfer. On the day of handover Francesca continued to keep both parties informed of the delays which were caused by factors beyond our control, including the seller's late departure from the property.
Francesca ensured to confirm multiple times that the seller would be handing over the keys due to the late hour and this arrangement was acknowledged by both parties. Unfortunately the sellers ran significantly behind schedule, which led to a late handover. Despite this, Francesca continued to check in, ask for updates and offer assistance. She also offered to come to the property despite the late hour but did not receive a response.
We recognise that buying a home is a major milestone and we regret that these unforeseen delays have caused frustration, however Francesca did everything possible to facilitate a smooth handover under circumstances out of our control. We hope you enjoy your new home from here on out and we look forward to working towards ensuring a better experience for you in the future.
All the best,
Eazi Real Estate
