Beställde en fläkt via Elgiganten från Eazyro, efter ca 1månad slutade ocillerande/svängning funktionen att fungera, får inte kontakt med Eazyro för att få fläkten reparerad/utbytt även Elgigantens kundtjänst har försökt men även de blir utan svar. Köp inte från Eazyro!

You tried to take away my money without sending the goods, but I won in the end.
I paid in January, but I didn't send the product, I answered the protest and acted as if I was going to solve the problem, but your silly trick failed.
After 8 months, I finally got the approval to cancel the payment due to an international complaint.
The interest is a fraud.
It's a false site. Never buy it Your money and time are wasted.

Commande payée, jamais reçue ! Ce sont des escrocs, aucune réponse à mes relances par mail !!! ESCROQUERIE !!!!! A FUIRE!!!

Compré una piscina mediante worten.es y me la enviaron de un color diferente. Se niegan a hacernos la devolución y nos ofrecen un mísero 10% de reembolso.

Colis de 2200 euros non recu! Attention fnac marketplace travaille avec ce genre de voyous qui vendent des choses qu’ils non pas en stock ! Un mois que j’attends un frigo qui n’arrivera sans doute jamais … et pas de réponse du vendeur ! Mais bien sur , l’argent est encaissé depuis 3 semaines !

Commande passée le 12/05 pour une livraison max le 03/06 Contact avec le vendeur le 03/06 - aucune réponse

Commande annulée par la FNAC au motif produit non conforme
Un conseil : FNAC arrêtez de travailler avec ce "vendeur" ( si il fait effectivement de la vente? ou de la spéculation financière)

Plainte déposée sur le site de la FNAC.BE par rapport à une commande que je n'ai jamais reçue. Quand je commande je sais que celle-ci doit arriver le 5/6 juin. Or le 29 mai je reçois dans la meme minute (à 22h21 !!) un mail disant "colis expédié" et un mail "colis livré". Evidemment je n'ai rien reçu ... j'en informe le vendeur qui me répond "nous testons actuellement un nouveau système dans lequel les numéros de suivi sont envoyés automatiquement". En gros rien de concret à mon soucis et réponse très louche. Mais le vendeur m'informe que je recevrais bien mon colis pour le 5/6 juin. Je réclame plusieurs fois mon numéro de suivi obligatoire pour tout colis envoyé mais aucune réponse. Le colis aurait du être livré au plus tard hier. Le vendeur bien sur me dit "on a du retard mais il va arriver". Mais toujours aucun numéro de suivi donné ...
La FNAC devrait éviter de travailler avec des collaborateurs aussi incompétents. Après il m'aurait fallu juste regarder les avis google et sur trustpilot pour comprendre que cette société est une arnaque.
A fuir, ne commandez jamais via eux !!!

I ordered a Kitchen robot BOSCH for 200€ supposedly NEW.
When using it for the first time, the robot was grinding some vegetables, and fumes started coming out of the engine!! I had to unplug it immediately.
The kitchen robot burned on first use... I need to return this product and get an immediate refund. This product was CLEARLY malfunctioning.
Stay away it looks like a scam!

I've ordered and paid an indoor cycle weeks ago. The delivery deadlines have passed and the bike has not arrived. I've wrote a lot of email, i've call them a lot of times but nobody answered to my call and neither one of my emails. I am very angry and disappointed. NEVER.. I repeat.. NEVER buy anything from them!

Worst company ever, ordered an expensive gaming computer that started having problems with the screen going black, been in for repairs with the company several times, the problem was never fixed and have had to fight with them for over 6 months to get a refund, was finally going to get a refund recently so I returned the computer to the company, the company stole the computer and stopped responding and no refund. Have now received my refund through Swedish laws through the site I ordered from. Absolutely do not buy from here!

I ordered AND PAID 200€ for the Order number 01119_214987322-A (a Kitchen robot BOSCH) bought through MediaMarkt on April 1st 2024. No news from it. No answer to my emails. When I call the number Mediamarkt indicates as the one to contact this company, I talk to a woman that says she has nothing to do with this company.
After complaining, Eazyro shared a FedEx tracking number but FedEx says they don’t have the package to ship…

Commande passée via le site de la FNAC => annulée sans explication après une semaine - en attente de remboursement.

I have placed order at 02.02.2024, but it was not shipped yet. Customer service does not answer to e-mails. Cancel order and refund money to my card as soon as possible. I cannot wait any more.

Placed an order at January 13th, order was not sent to this day. Their phone is disconnected and they do not respond via email.

I placed the order on January 26, 2024 with delivery on 31.01 - 01.02.24.
I did not receive the product even today on 06.01.24, it being paid in advance.
I called the company and they disconnected the call.
I wrote two e-mails, but I did not receive an answer.
Question :
Is it a fake company?????

Ordered a Krups Nespressio Inissia machine on 20th December - plus £12 delivery charge to UK. The site showed it is in stock and delivery within 14 days. Payment worked seamlessly......The order status set to 'Awaiting fulfillment' and never changed until after I first posted this review (10th January). The 24/7 Chat button did not work, the phone number disconnected when dialled, the email form did not send the messages and they were unresponsive to direct emails. I concluded that either the company had gone bust or it was a complete scam. My credit card company said they would not initiate a refund until the item fails to be delivered for 30 days, and meanwhile I experienced irritation, time wasting and money absent from my account.

On January 16th they sent an apology, a refund and offer of a 10% discount on expenditure over £100. They stated that "we had some technical issues and the messaging function was down. The item was lost on the way and that's why it never reached you", adding that they "still at the very beginning"

Owing to the apology and refund I have upgraded the review from one to two stars. Perhaps others will have a better experience if the company can get their systems sorted out.

Purchased a multi games table, shipped within a couple of days and was with me within a week. Item as sold. Good communication and helpful with paperwork I needed as I exported the item to Gibraltar after receiving.

Very satisfied. I received the order within 24 hours. The contact person promptly answered all my questions, including those related to potential laptop defects.
