Absolutely amazing experience! The store has a fantastic range of baby products, with great quality, lovely prices and plenty of choice. Everything is beautifully presented, and the customer service was excellent from start to finish. Such a lovely shopping experience, and I couldn’t be happier with my purchases. Store Experience
Had a great experience specially with the variety of clothes and was happy to see maternity clothes for mums as i was struggling to find some when I was pregnant.
Also the store is much more bigger then Bluewater branch si its good to see that. Will definitely visit again to buy clothes for my baby.

First time in the shop
First time in the shop. First impression was really good, the shop is nice, tidy and full of good products. The problem started at the cashier, the staff was very rude. There was a misunderstanding with my friends because we wanted to pay separetely, i wanted to sign up for the loyalty card while my friends didn’t but she kept demanding them to do the card and put their details or asking me for their transaction. Misunderstanding can happens of course, but they way she looked at us, rolling her eyes was unacceptable. The lady was in training so just train her properly for custumer service please.

Honestly, would highly NOT recommend. I did an order and they sent me all the wrong items. I emailed them and informed ebebek about this and all they did was send me a return label. Still currently waiting for a refund after I’ve sent proof of the items being returned back. Emailed them again and not heard anything since…
