I was very lucky to have the nicest gentleman. He was so helpful and took the time to figure out a perfect solution to my problem. He went way out of his way to help me make my trip.

There was a problem with my booking, and I was contacted right away. I spoke with Rep. Marlin and he was very knowledgeable and attentive to my requests. I called again and got a different rep who was not as knowledgeable. I asked to be transferred to Marlin, and he got me a new booking the way I wanted. He is a valuable employee, and I commend his work.

This took some time but Marcus really helped me through the entire process of me missing my flight and helped me rescheduled with minimal costs.

It started out like crap. My $98.00 ticker I was told by Jake had gone up to 150.00 I was upset and hung up. I wanted to make sure my card wasn't charged, so I called back spoke to Nickie I told her why I was calling and how the price went up $50. I hung up. She called me back and found a $120. Ticket for me. She was very kind and patient. Nickie did very good.
