I’ve been using EBoxMan to source and fulfill for my beauty brand and the experience has been consistently solid. My agent Mandy is responsive on WhatsApp, gets orders paid, approved, and shipped without me having to chase her, and keeps pricing transparent so I can calculate my margins ahead of time.
For a small brand, having a sourcing partner who answers quickly and doesn’t let orders sit is the whole ballgame. Would recommend to anyone running DTC who’s tired of guessing where their fulfillment stands.

A year in, still my go-to supplier..
Working with eBoxman for about a year now across a few stores, and it's held up.
Pricing is consistently competitive — I always check against a couple other suppliers, and eBoxman comes back cheapest or close to it. My agent Mandy is quick and easy to reach, and she's caught issues before they shipped more than once. Fulfillment through their app is a couple of clicks, everything's in one place instead of scattered across email.

Stolen my photo to promote their own services so are happy to steal from small businesses for their own commercial benefit
Edit: I can see I sent an invoice for the unauthorised use of my photo on 4th March 2025 and I have a screenshot of the use. I will only consider this resolved when my invoice has been paid as simply removing my photo does not undo the use.
