I ordered two twin size bed spreads and they sent me full size or larger! You can’t get ahold of them and they do not respond to emails.

The curtains are top notch and they were delivered very quickly.

I haven’t got my package & they refuse to help me get my package back. Give me a refund or send me a new one to the CORRECT address

Shipping was a bit long (12 days). Product design was exactly as depicted on line. Measure well. Although you get 2 panels, It is not as wide as what you would get from a big box store. You may want to buy 2 if window is very wide, for a drapery effect. Ebuycos was one of the few places that carried length over 54 inches. Darkens room but not a black out curtain. No heavy chemical smell despite being a dark tint. I am very pleased.

I love the Star Wars Storm Trooper blanket. It's colorful & soft!

Customer service was not needed. I was thrilled with my order of Stitch blackout curtains. It matched my daughter's Disney Stitch bedding perfectly. I'm a happy customer with a happier daughter.

Costume what was expected and the fit was very good.

I have been trying to return a bedspread but Ebuycos has been totally unreceptive.
I filled out the form requested and they got as far as asking me why I wanted to return but then did not reply to tell me how I could.

Very very poor quality item, mario bedding and curtain set, nothing like the picture, not blackout at all. Requested refund, had to send 3 emails before a reply then was informed I had to pay for postage back to china. DONT PURCHASE FROM HERE.

Being able to track the shipment process was most helpful.

Ordered curtains for my sons room, delivery and product were good but came in the incorrect size (not as stated as size split across 2 curtains and not to size) I emailed asking for help and no response in a week. Poor explanation of product and very poor customer service. The bedding seems very good as did the quality of the curtains but everything else about the transaction was poor.

Product came quick and was perfect. Very happy it is well made I will order again.

Great quality material I just messed up on the size. But my kid loves his curtains.

The quality of this product is great I recommend going one size bigger or it will not fit your window. Only complaint you can not reach any customer service if you need them at all.

Beautiful Lego Ninjago single duvet cover and pillowcase. Fabric is lovely. Son loves it. Arrived swiftly (8 calendar days). I only realised after I purchased it that it was being shipped from China! It arrived faster than a lot of my UK deliveries,

Custom sized curtains ordered with ease, great seller communication, shipping was faster than normal for an over Pacific order, drapes are a quality production especially for the price.

It took 2 weeks for me to get my order and when it arrived and I HATED it, they wouldn't take it back unless I paid for shipping to CHINA. OMG. NEVER ORDER ANYTHING FROM HERE!!!!!

So I got the reply below from someone saying how sorry they were about my experience and to contact customer service. So I did. Twice. No one ever responded to me. If I could change my 1 star to 0 stars, I would.

Great quality. Item as pictured & looks just like it should. It's soft & washed up well. My Dragon Ball fan loves it.
