I wish there was a zero star because this company would deserve it. I ordered on 11th of the month and paid 5.99 for the next day delivery. On the 13th I emailed saying I hadn't received my order. No communication from them at all. On the 16th I received an email saying that my order had been refunded in full but with no explanation as to why they didn't fulfil my order. As of today the 22nd my bank still hasn't received the refund. Be aware of this company, they are not to be trusted. I certainly will not use them again.

placed an order with them, order hadn’t arrived so i sent an email to them, got told that a batch of their shipments had been seized but they should be released and delivered soon, another week went by, told to keep my patience and that it should be delivered soon. another week go by, i send them another email, no response. head over to their website and am faced with a banner saying that they’ve gone on holiday until the 31st december so won’t be replying to any emails. no refund either. shame as i’ve used this company before and they’ve been good.

Total scammers. Stay well away. Take your money through shopify and you don't receive anything.

My order was stated at 2 to 3 days delivery with no sign of it after 7 days and no communication. They dont reply to my emails. What a poor company.

I had 2 orders which was never shipped. The seller won't reply to my email and eBay had to step in.
Unfortunately I cannot leave 0 stars, just terrible shop to deal with!

I don't normally write reviews but need to make others aware....I made 2 orders, I have received 1 order very swiftly, the other order has not arrived, Tracked with royal mail still says they are expecting it. I Have sent numerous emails and had no response to any of them. SHOCKING COMPANY - DO NOT USE

I placed an order, received a message to advise of my delivery, 1 week later my items still haven’t arrived.
They said they would resend my order but this didn’t happen.
The communication from this company is diabolical, the phone number just goes straight to voicemail and 5 emails later, still no reply.

I’ve ordered a box of Aroma King 7000 zero nicotine. I received 2% nicotine RandM? I have invoice with correct one ordered. Been trying to email them as I’ve been following the policy on returns. I’ve had no response.

Do not use - customer service team clearly manage more than one website and are not able to help with enquiries without an order number and the name of the website you ordered from. I just phoned to ask a simple question regarding stock, the company was unable to help and barely understood what I was asking.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Do not buy from this company. I bought a pack of 4 coils from them. One of them was very faulty and nearly made my vape either blow up or set alight. It was only 1 of the coils in the pack. Their customer service is also terrible so I would highly recommend spending your money elsewhere!
