Excellent customer service! I accidentally missed an item out of my first order which qualified for free delivery, and placed a second order straight after which didnt qualify for free delivery. I contacted customer service and both orders were combined so I didn't have to pay additional postage. Items arrived very fast. Would deffo use again.

This is my second collar
This is my second collar, the first lasted about 5 years.the new collar arrived quickly. It’s easy to set up..but instructions for finding the serial number on transmitter are wrong, however we contacted helpline who set us on the right track immediately and efficiently. Note to e collar please amend your u tube instructions

Best e-collar in the world
In my personal opinion the e-collar Educator is one of the best equipment in the market. Having a retailer in the UK selling this is amazing as it saves on import costs being added on to an already very expensive purchase. The seller was extremely prompt with shipment which made our training kickstart faster than anticipated. E-collars are great for off leash training and security that your dog is safe. I'd recommend the purchase every day but ensure you seek professional training advice to use it well with positive reinforcement.

Excellent promt service every time I have used this company which is many times. Product is always dispatched same day its order during business hrs and has always arrived within 48hr but normally faster. This is the only company I will use in the UK for this product
