Avoid this company.
I ordered a swimming pool on 12 July 2026 and paid £273.49. I was promised delivery within 5–8 business days, but the order was never dispatched and I was never given a tracking number.
I contacted the company repeatedly and received different excuses and changing explanations. Eventually, they confirmed that my order had been cancelled and promised a refund within 2–3 days. However, the refund was still not processed promptly, and they delayed sending the cancellation confirmation to Klarna, creating even more problems.
I had to spend a huge amount of time contacting the merchant and Klarna and providing evidence of everything. The whole experience was extremely stressful, frustrating and completely unacceptable.
I would give ZERO stars if possible. In my personal experience, this is one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with online. I strongly advise people to be extremely careful before ordering from this company.

Awful company - I’m not even sure they are a legitimate business.
I’d double checked before purchasing dispatch/delivery times.
After ordering, heard nothing - tried calling - the phone number is dead, e-mails get bounced back as undelivered.
On line chat works but you are just fobbed off - no item dispatched or delivered. I asked for a refund and am still waiting even for confirmation that this has been requested, I understand refunds can take time.

It heated uniformly after installation, and cleaning the smooth ceramic glass top was simple. Particularly helpful for varying cookware sizes is the dual-size burner.E

Overall, it was a positive experience. I got frequent updates throughout the ordering process, which was simple. The product arrived in acceptable condition and mostly resembled the description.
Nothing really impacted my experience, albeit there are a few little things that could be done better, such quicker delivery or more thorough product description. All things considered, it was a respectable purchase.
