Buyer beware!! Avoid if you want a product that works after it finally arrives 2 weeks later.

Buyer beware!!!

Absolutely garbage company.

Poor communication. Horrible shipping practices. A mandatory 5-day delay before they even ship, followed by nearly two weeks just to receive the order.

Placed order on the 9/10.
Label created 9/14. (This is their work around).
Item picked up 9/16.
Item supposed to be delivered on 9/19.
9/18. Item still in Tennessee.
9/19. Item not even halfway here.
Expected delivery 9/23!
Wow!

What’s even worse? When you’re spending hundreds of dollars, there’s apparently no guarantee that the item will actually work—or even arrive as expected.

That is completely unacceptable when you’re paying that kind of money for a product.

Thank goodness for eBay Buyer Protection, because without it, I’d have even less confidence in getting this situation resolved.

If you value reliable products, reasonable shipping times, and decent customer service, stay away from this company. Based on my experience, I would absolutely not recommend them.
