So far, my experience with Ecom Capital has been a real eye opener. The team have opened up so many doors for me and my new business, and the support has been next level from day one.

A special mention to Sienna, Georgia, and Marc — our coaches — who have guided us every step of the way and helped us hit our first $10k within just two weeks.

Couldn’t be happier with how things have started, and I’m genuinely excited to keep building with the team at Ecom Capital.

I enrolled in Ecom Capital’s program in February 2025 based on their strong marketing around achieving a “$10,000 outcome” along with a money-back guarantee. This representation played a significant role in my decision to proceed.

Unfortunately, my experience did not align with what was presented. The primary business the program was built around did not take off, and despite raising multiple concerns, key issues with the store were not resolved in a timely or effective manner. I was advised to pause marketing while fixes were being addressed, however those updates were never properly resolved from my perspective.

In response to my complaint, Ecom Capital has relied on revenue from a separate business to argue that their system “worked.” This is a misleading characterisation of the situation and does not reflect what was originally represented or agreed.

I also dispute several statements made in their formal response, including claims that I requested marketing to be paused and that I chose to shift focus away from the original business. These assertions are not accurate, and despite requesting that Ecom Capital provide the specific supporting evidence they rely on, none has been provided to date.

Additionally, my access to their Skool community — which was presented as lifetime access — was removed after I raised this matter through formal channels.

After attempting to resolve this directly and through the Office of Fair Trading, I issued a formal demand letter, which has not been responded to.

I am now proceeding with formal action through the Queensland Civil and Administrative Tribunal and will also be escalating this matter further with the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission.

I would strongly encourage anyone considering this program to carefully assess the representations being made and ensure they fully understand the conditions, expectations, and level of support provided before committing.

The coaches and the community were great. I did the Mastermind course and you were guided through the whole process step by step. You do the work yourself, but the coaches are there to support you and you can ask other people in the community for any advice. The learning modules were very clear and concise. You never feel that you are on your own.

So far, I have found the systems and learning processes to be really well put together, well explained and clear to follow. The learning platform is well structured and I've been impressed with the level and depth of the information and support materials. Ongoing access to coaching and the community, and having a dedicated account manager has been super supportive to help me stay on track and progress. Before working with Ecom Capital, starting an e-commerce business felt overwhelming and honestly a bit out of our reach. There’s so much information online that it’s hard to know what actually matters or where to begin.

Don’t want to come on here and say it was easy, but I did not except it to be. The team really helped with every aspect, it was structured and we just launched 5 months ago and getting the results I expected. Happy with my experience and also to work with ecom capital for my second year and see where we can take my brand!

I’ve been in Ecom Capital for just under two months and the progress has been unreal. I’ve learned more in this time than I thought possible, and everything feels clearer and more structured.

The biggest difference is how fast you move when you have the right systems in place. The coaches are direct, helpful, and genuinely want you to improve. You’re not guessing what to do next — you have direction every day.

The community is also a huge plus. Everyone supports each other and shares what’s working. It’s a strong network to be around.

The program is very structured and easy to follow. Presenters of the online videos presents very energetic and full of passion. Live zoom calls are just a pleasure to attend, the community is great and active and lastly our account manager is just amazing to work with. Wish we could give 7 stars out of 5.

From being a complete beginner, all of the information was easy to understand and follow, all of their communication has been so professional and you can tell that they actually care and are invested into each of their clients, would recommend to anyone hesitant in starting an ecom business to give it a go through ecom capital.
