Wrong artificial denture
About 3-4 weeks ago, I saw their ad on TV showing the artificial dentures they make, which can be used over existing dentures, and that will improve the chewing function. I liked it. But I was surprised to see their ad, which did not have any phone number or e-mail address. I took a picture of the QR code, and I filled out my order and paid for it, which was for 1 pair of artificial dentures for upper and lower teeth for $39. The supply came through USPS in 7 days. When I opened it, I found it was a wrong denture; On TV, they showed a full denture for all upper and lower teeth, but this was only for the front few teeth. And it was very different than what they showed on TV, it will not fit on teeth at all. Because it was so stiff and firm. But on TV, they showed it is made of some rubber-like material that can easily fit on existing teeth. I wrote them a letter the next day. On TV, they said that if it is returned within 15 days, they will refund the full amount. I wrote to the address of the place which was written on their address label on the box. Now it looks like this was a fraudulent site that was fooling the customers. Please do not use any such dentures, etc from this company. It is all a fraud. Anyone living in Queens, NY, please report them to the local police. Their address is as written above.
