I was struggling to find the option for custom photo uploads for a product I’m selling. Contacted the Ecomify team and they helped get my product page set up and working smoothly.

This business is a scam. THIS IS A SCAM, DONT FALL FOR IT. I believe they are writing these reviews for themselves. Dont trust them with a penny.
I paid them to set up Ebay, Shopify since May 2025, as at the time of writing this report, its one story after another.
Dont believe in the projections they share. Its a scam. They cant do any of that.
The worst is that in the agreement, they said money back if they are not able to deliver. When I requested for money back, they went mute and stopped responding to emails and calls. THIS IS A SCAM, DONT FALL FOR IT

I recently bought the Ecomify Shopify theme and I’m loving it—packed with great features and super easy to customize. I ran into a little issue with product variants and reached out for help. I love this theme. It is awesome and the creators are awesome. I design and sell customized products using, sublimation, DTF, Vinyl, etc. Using Shopify, I need a lot of apps which was costly. Once I ran across Ecomify. I stalked them for about six months then started buying the sniplets for the theme I had at the time. Finally, I sent an email with a list of questions before purchasing. Long story short, this is one of the best investmests I have made for my business. It has been over a year since I made the purchase and have not regretted it at all. I love these two awesome creators that had me in mind when they created this theme. Ecomgraduates Rock! Ecomify Theme Rocks!

Ellie was a big help with a customization I requested. She responded quickly to my initial request and had a solution done shortly thereafter. Their theme is top notch to begin with, but their support is absolutely amazing!

Bought the theme for my shopify store and it was well worth it. Easy to use with a lot of features. But the best thing about it is the without a doubt the customer service and support they offer. I needed some customization and they added it as a feature to the entire theme.

This theme has been game-changing for my business. I've been using it for about 2 years now, and customers have found it really aesthetically pleasing and easy to navigate. It offers so much more than the standard Shopify templates, and at such a reasonable price too. The team are always incredibly quick to respond to any emails and help with small enhancements. Traffic is converting into purchases much better than it did prior, and I look forward to continue using it.

This is my second review of Ecomify. My first review was for the "Ecomify" theme which is fantastic and offers everything I could ever ask for in a theme. I would like to add another review to commend the "EcomGraduates" for their outstanding CUSTOMER SERVICE. They respond quickly and are extremely helpful and answer all of my questions. I used to switch themes a lot hoping to find one that addresses my personalization needs, but I will never need another theme thanks to Ecomify.

I’m glad I chose to go with the ecomify theme . As I was building it I played with as much of the features as I could to get a good feel for it. I ended up deleting a half dozen apps because ecomify has about everything I think I’d ever need and it loads lightning fast. My store went from looking like every other bland store to something that’s very eye catching and we’re really proud of. Also the support you get from ecomgraduates is great, they have been fast and very helpful. I would highly recommend ecomify theme if you want a great looking, fast loading store.

Krysta provides exceptional customer service! She responds incredibly fast and always gives detailed explanations to my questions. I had an issue with my website related to one of the apps I used, and they resolved it within 24 hours—amazing!

Although I haven’t finished building my store yet, I’ve already saved a lot of money and time thanks to their built-in features. Here's what I've gained so far:

Saved $120/year by eliminating one Shopify app.
Saved $150/year by removing another Shopify app.
Got rid of a custom liquid code that required about 30 minutes of work per product page.
In total, I’ve already saved $270 a year, and I’m not even done setting up my store! Plus, their built-in apps, like the story feature, are fantastic. That app alone would probably cost at least $100 a year elsewhere.

If you're looking to build an advanced store, this is the app for you—it’s already paying for itself! Highly recommend.

I’m usually very picky when it comes to paying for anything digital. To be honest, most things feel overpriced—and often, they are. But I can’t say the same about this theme.

At first, the theme felt a bit overwhelming because it’s packed with so many features. It took me about two days to figure everything out. However, once I got the hang of it, it became incredibly easy and quick to use. Now, I can build a professional, branded-looking store in no time.

I also appreciate the way the tutorials for Ecomify themes are explained on YouTube, especially by the woman hosting them. She does an incredible job—her explanations are clear, thorough, and easy to follow. Honestly, I was surprised because I expected a male presenter, but she exceeded all my expectations.

This theme is so much more than a theme. It contains so many things (like scarcity items) that you usually have to go to the AppStore to get. It’s a lot of work to setup any Shopify theme properly. eComify gives you a head start.
