Ecommerce Scaling Secrets is a legitimate business. I ended up cancelling my membership, but only because it wasn't the right fit for my situation. I already had an established business and needed more of a media buying consultant. For anyone wanting to get their foot in the door with ecommerce, I'd definitely recommend it.

As an 18 year old making pennys at a 9-9, I took all my money and invested it in myself joining BBA. There was never a buyer’s remorse only hope to bring my family a better life.

I’ve join an ecommerce group before but had no luck finding that “winning” product that everyone was told to look for, research took forever and no money was made.

I found BBA while trying to search for the latest information about ecommerce and clicked on a very “interesting video” there was a shirtless guy in a pitch black room who looked like Magnus Carlson if he stayed in the gym instead of playing chess.
He had a drawing board and shared information about ecommerce in a way I could understand.
Then I found BBA.

After joining BBA the first call was with my coach, Pedro. (He gave me so much insights and information about ecommerce that I would’ve wasted money and months or even years trying to figure out myself. Thanks bro)

In my first call with Pedro, straight off the bat. We were working on a plan tailor specifically for me to succeed in Ecom

-what are the ways I can get support and my questions answered
-how fast I should move
-what should I be doing at each step of the process

Everyone inside the community is very supportive (Thanks Jamie) and hilarious (Mads and Nils 😂👍)

There is also 2-3 a day group calls for specific topics about ecommerce like store reviews, ads reviews, Mark Builds Brand reviews.

Me working a job I couldn’t join but there is a library of group call records I can listen to (it’s a gold mine!)

I’m still early in my e-commerce journey but I believe in myself and my coach to make the life I dream of REAL.

If you're thinking about starting Ecom, this is the best course out there hands down. What makes it shine is the community and support from the coaches.

When you start, you will be paired with an experienced Ecom business owner who is currently running their own brand. They are awesome and will answer any questions you have, big or small.

The course is structured in a way that makes it easy to follow and the information inside is updated to match the evolving industry.

On top of the course material, there are weekly calls that cover each major topic on building your business. Each call you can ask questions about things your stuck on.

Everything you need to be successful is there!

I’ve been in the program for almost three months now, and so far I’m extremely happy with it.

My coach, Pedro, has been amazing. He leads me verry well, gives very practical feedback, and I’d say the coaching calls are probably the part that has helped me grow the most.

At the same time, the program gives you a complete blueprint for pretty much everything — how to launch, how to structure your ads, how to create video ads, image ads.

I also really like the fact that there are calls with Mark, as well as many other calls and webinars throughout the week. There are so many opportunities to bring up your current situation, ask questions, compare what you're doing with what others are doing, and get feedback when you need it.

The WhatsApp group is also extremely active, which has honestly saved me multiple times whenever I had an urgent problem or needed a quick answer.

Overall, I’m very happy with the program. In my opinion, if you already have some experience with e-commerce and you want to start selling in the US market, this is probably one of the best places you can be. You get the strategy, the structure, the coaching, and a community you can actually rely on.

This mentorship program taught me step by step how to build a real ecommerce business. Every week, you get a 1-on-1 video call with an experienced mentor who gives you personalized guidance based on where you are in your journey. On top of that, they also hold Q&A video calls covering a wide range of topics, so you're always learning something new.

What I appreciate most is the support system. Whatever problem or question you have in mind, you can reach out to your mentor or the other members in the community, and they will guide you on how to make the right decision. You never feel like you're figuring things out alone.

Even though I'm a bit slower when it comes to learning, my mentor Pedro never gave up on me. He kept guiding me patiently every step of the way, and that made all the difference.

This program is so worth it. If you're thinking about joining, you will not regret it. Thanks a lot, Pedro.

The community is really active, but what makes this a 5 star program is the guidance you receive from your mentor. They will point at things you'd have not thought and then you can learn from them and their experience. I highly recommend getting a mentor so you don't waste time repeating the mistakes which are already solved.

This is one of the best mentorships to get started in your ecommerce journey. The level of knowledge and expertise in here is unmatched. The daily calls that touch on different areas of your business is so valuable to the point it will 10x your chances of succeeding in Ecom and building a real brand.

The 1-1 coaching is on another level, with the coaches always being available and helping to the best of their ability. Amazing community of killers.

This program works if you work. The resources are there, and the community is very active. You must take accountability because this isn't someone just handing you the keys to a business that prints money. That said, between your coach and daily/weekly calls, there is a plethora of resources and professionals at your disposal. The ball is in your court, and the results are relative to the work you do.

BBA works because when you decide to ask a question or have a problem, it's all there for you.

Big shoutout to my coach Akos, it's thanks to him that I've made any progress.

Great coaching from Akos! He gives concrete recommendations on my store and scaling Facebook Ads, and communication is always easy-going and pressure-free. Plus the BBA community is amazing — like-minded people who support each other, and the systematic knowledge really works in practice. Thanks to Akos for everything, and huge respect to Alex Fedotoff for building this course. Highly recommend to anyone who wants to grow systematically!

I joined Brand Builders Academy because of the amazing content shared by Mark Builds Brands. His free material made me believe this was an unbelievable opportunity. Since he provides so much valuable information for free on his youtube channel, I could only imagine how good a $10,000 course would be.

After paying the first two installments, totaling $6,666, I decided to cancel.

During my time in the program, I tested five products but felt like I kept spinning in circles without making meaningful progress. My coach, Miroslav, was helpful and knowledgeable, so my criticism is not directed at him personally. However, a coach can only help so much during a 25-minute weekly call when the training material itself does not provide a strong, modern system for getting a business off the ground.

My biggest issue was that the course content felt very outdated for 2026, especially considering how quickly ecommerce, AI tools, and creative production are evolving. There was very little current training on modern AI workflows, creative tools, or platforms now widely used for producing ads.

Some of the AI material appeared to come from early 2025, which already feels extremely old in this industry. Tools such as Higgsfield, which have become highly relevant for ad creation and have been widely used for months, were not covered at all.

There are weekly calls with experts in different areas of ecommerce, but I personally found little value in them because I was still struggling with the foundational process. Attending more calls did not solve the main issue: I had no traction, meaningful results, or real data to bring to the experts, so there was very little I could benefit from.

Mark Builds Brands was one of the main reasons I joined because I believe he is very knowledgeable. Ironically, I found his free YouTube content about customer avatars and foundational brand documents more useful than much of the paid course.

His free material included more detailed frameworks and four valuable foundational documents that helped create a much more complete understanding of a product and its audience. In comparison, the paid course material often felt like a basic three-step process that was less detailed and already outdated.

What made the situation especially frustrating was joining another ecommerce program that costs approximately $100 per month. After only two months and around $200 spent, I learned more and achieved better results than I did after paying $6,666 to Brand Builders Academy. Seeing that difference in value made me furious enough to finally take the time to write this review.

I understand that no program can guarantee success and that students must do the work. I tested five products and made a genuine effort to follow the process. However, when a program costs $10,000, I believe the content should be exceptionally detailed, practical, and continuously updated.

Based on my personal experience, the value did not come close to justifying the price.

I could say more about my experience, but it would only make this review more negative, and I have already spent enough time and money on the program. I am leaving this review because potential customers should carefully compare the paid course material with the free content already available before committing to such a large investment.

Honestly one of the best decisions I’ve made. I was trying to learn ecom on my own for a long time, just watching videos and jumping from one thing to another. Working with the best coach out there changed everything. I finally started doing things properly and I’m actually seeing profit now. Can only recommend!!!

Changed the way that I view ecommerce. Took me about 2 months so start seeing days with $200 profit consistently. It's similar to a college course where what you put in you will get out of it and your coach will be there every week for you to learn from.

Joining bba/ess has been the best thing I have ever done. 9 months ago I didn't know the first thing about ecom, today it's my full time job & I'm making more $ then I ever have. All credit to them, the team is second to none anything you need they are there to help, I couldn't recommend them any higher. Quiet literally changed my life.

I have been through both BBA and ESS. Let me tell you, they are LIFE. CHANGING. I didn't think it could get much better than BBA... and then I joined ESS... My coaches (Akos + Jeremy) give help 24/7 and provide insights that immediately enhance your business - things you would never see yourself. Sometimes I wonder where I would be had my coaches not provided the advice that fixed many of my problems. Joining both BBA and ESS was quite possible the most important turning point in my life and I canot recommend enough.

Experience with them so far has been great. First joined from watching Mark on YouTube. Being in the community has been the best decision I’ve made. Akos has been a great coach and I look forward to making more progress with them. 100% recommend for any aspiring entrepreneurs.

The BBA community and coaching is the real deal. Before I joined back in August 2025, it would have been so easy for me to give up, failed product after failed product and hitting endless brick walls.

Entrepreneurship is brutal and requires you to endure a lot of pain for a long time with zero signs of success. But when you invest a decent amount of money into yourself like this, you value it more and you actually stick around.

This is anything but a get-rich-quick scheme, and I saw a lot of people join who weren't committed and didn't put the work in. But if you show up and stay humble, the tools they give you work. My favorite part is the weekly coaching calls; whenever I am stuck in the weeds, the coaches give me instant clarity and it makes me genuinely excited to work because I know what they recommend actually works. I haven't cracked millionaire status yet, but the results are 100% real.

Less than a year into the program, I am now fully independent, making money, owning my time, and moving to Miami. BBA gives you the blueprint to make it, but it's up to you to put the work in.

I've been in the BBA community for exactly two months now, and I genuinely never write reviews unless something's really worth it, and honestly I'd feel bad not writing one for BBA. They're really good, reliable, and they always update the content to keep it current.
There are meetings every single weekday, and even if you have a question that's not really related to that day's meeting, you can just hang around till the end and ask the coaches. Everyone's super helpful. There's a community manager replying to questions on WhatsApp, and a private coach replying to private messages daily and doing 1-1 every week and other coaches doing the group calls. So honestly at this point, you just gotta do it.
It's not a get-rich-quick scheme, obviously , like with any business, you have to put in the work daily and CONSISTENTLY, and be obsessed with it if you want to hit your goals. If it were that easy, everyone would be a millionaire. But it's either you pay for speed and learn way quicker if you actually keep up, or you waste a bunch of time and money trying to figure everything out alone.
It's totally okay to feel unsure at first , I had the same thought, like why would someone charge me to teach me their business and basically train their own competitor? But honestly, even school is just a business at the end of the day, so you gotta look at it the same way, Private schools are basically teaching you how to make money for like the next 10 years ( not v true but thats what we were told at least) ) I know there's a lot of scams in the info business but this is real guidance and not some gurus showing off their super cars. so let go off that instagram feed because this is a real active community with real coaches that do care about their members and its a BIG team behind the great effort.

I had my call back in October or November and only joined in April. Do I wish I'd joined earlier? Hell yeah. But it is what it is. If you're willing to CHANGE your life and let go of the limiting beliefs, it's really possible, and you're literally just one step away. Once you start, everything gets easier. I 100% recommend it.
Last but not least, shoutout to Miroslav , he literally answers right away whenever I message him, he's super encouraging and helpful. I consider myself really lucky to have had him as my coach.

I joined BBA in September 2025, and although I am still working towards finding my winning product, the experience and learning have been extremely valuable.

I wish I had more time to dedicate to the programme, but I am doing my best to move forward as quickly as possible. The coaching experience has been excellent, and my coach has helped me stay focused on the areas that make the biggest difference in my business.
